Any action that blocks or removes something, is 'Censorship'! I understand Google, Facebook and other's desire to have and keep their user base, but bowing to the whims of any Country in the aspect of censoring content of any kind, goes against the right of Freedom that entails what the Internet is today.

Personally I'd tell India to go F-off a,d watch as their population rises up because they cannot have their Facebook, Youtube or whatever.

To Be Sovereign now is Criminal according to FBI

Apparently the FBI failed their Constitution test.

Mixing and watering down their definitions to create panic and fear, especially among those who lack education on what Sovereign means and how completely unrelated it is to act of criminal intent.

A Sovereign Citizen is any Citizen that lives in a Sovereign Nation, (ie, the United States of America), so by implying this rational, and associating Sovereignity and criminal acts; they now propose that any who disent, speak out, follow the Constitution, and additionally all those that are Citizens of the United States, are in fact all "Extremists"

It really makes you wonder where these Agents grew up, and if they were in fact 'Brain-washed', because for those who are supposed to uphold the Sovereignty of this nation, they sure make every effort against it.

Update:
This in no way changes the above facts of this mini-article; but even though the information I have gathered does not mention "Sovereign Citizen Movement" directly, apparently it is implied.

Yet in the FBI's obfuscation of the terms 'Sovereign' and 'Citizen', they make it clear that they believe that anyone who considers themselves a Sovereign Citizen is apart of this "SCM".

Which by all accounts has no real figure head, and is a collection of different peoples and Groups that have no direct affiliations with each other except in the fact that they all stand up for the Constitutional direction of these United States and the Rights of the Peoples within, and because the FBI named them so.

[No different than me stating that all the groups of people and stores at this (fictious) Mall are all Justin Bieber fans and supporters because he is holding a (Fictious) concert in the Mall commons.]

This does not of course excuse any violent or destructive behavior, however arguments are not won by sitting idly on your thumbs either.

Antithesis of Opposite

My whole life I've been told that Magick is evil, that Witches are Devil Worshipers, that "All" Muslims are bad, glory be to Zionism, and Christ is the only way to salvation.

After much time, deliberation, research, personal enlightenment, and World Experience; I find that Magick like anything else, is no more harmful than a gun in the hands of a Police Officer or Aspirin in the hands of a criminal.

That Witches, true Witches and those of Witchcraft, Wish like most everyone else, to live in peace, practice their faith without obstruction or hindrance. That they are some of the most Earth friendly and helpful people I know.

That Satanism and Devil worship only began officially in the 1960's brought about by Anton LeVey, and technically by the foundation of the Catholic Church, since no such thing as the Christian Devil existed prior to Christianity. That Witches and Pagans alike do not follow Christianity or its Tenets, and so cannot be found to practice something that they do not even believe in.

That although the Judeo-Christian God is called Zion; Zionism is a product of the 1800's by an offshoot Banker group of Jews who seek not the enlightenment of the Torah or the Salvation of G-d, but seek only money and control of others.

That of the Worlds Four Major Religions, Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and Hinduism, all believe in one single mighty Creator, all believe that by following their faiths tenets they will find salvation, they all have Heavenly Messengers, Prophets, and Holy incarnations of one kind or another, and all have multiple Minor Deities/Saints or Demi-Humans who are worshiped and prayed to in one facet or another.

Lies and half-truths perpetrate through out the ages and continue to be spread, mainly out of fear or a desire to control others.

The one thing I am sure of is, that I and you all have the freedom and right to love, like, believe, eat, and do whatever we like, as long as it does no harm.

That to maintain our Right to do something, we must protect others Rights to do something that we find disagreeable.

So stand up and hold onto what you believe, keep an open mind and remember we are not always right, and good intentions are never as intended let alone just.

What is Blue Republican & Robin Koerner's Thoughts

I had the most educating experience today, after watching a presentation by Robin Koerner at the first Blue Republican forum.

Too be honest I wasn't really even sure what [Blue Republican] really was, except that everything I had read, seen and heard via this ideological stand point seemed in agreement with my views, (which are a mixture of Moderate Conservatism, Constitutionalist, and Classical Liberal).

The problem with stating 'Liberal' or Conservative, 'Left' or 'Right', is that we here in America have very polarized views on what those are; and it isn't really our faults that many of us misunderstand what these words actually mean. We have been fed all sorts of misinformation in varying degrees by all sorts of people, about such and many of us fail to even open up a book, dictionary, or even an encyclopedia, let alone take a class on Constitutional foundations and the elements that fueled such a feat.

For me, listening to Robin Koerner was like listening to a breath of fresh air, and add the fact that he is a former British Citizen, amplifies the sound reasoning he has because of his unique perspective, that many Americans just do not have.

Much of what Robin talked about was already well known to me, although the way he presented it helped me see this all from an alternate perspective. His presentation makes our situation as a nation very clear, and although it is concise due to time constraints, this presentation is very educational and informative.

Robin Koerner, speaks from a mindset that will be easy to take for both moderate conservatives and liberals, and will get nodding approval from Libertarians and Constitutionalists.

I do not sit through very many political discussions even when they agree with me, part of it stems from my boredom of listening to someone talk for more than 5 minutes on any political subject, since most of these you only get the polarized view and unless it is a Libertarian, a Constitutionalist or Ron Paul, they all have the same underlying argument and message.

And yet Koerner is different, He is not Liberal, but nor is he Conservative, He likes to classify himself as a "Classical Liberal" with Libertarian lean. A Classical Liberal is much the same thing as our Founding Fathers were... They were conservatives, conserving liberal traditions.

If you have 1 Hour and 27 minutes free at any point I do suggest watching this presentation by Robin Koerner, even if you disagree with everything I have said here, at least watch it so you have an educated understanding of what he and I are talking about, and this will help you understand why more and more people are becoming fans of Ron Paul and his message.

The basic state that America is in is due to the ignorance of our population and the misleading nature many of our politicians stand for.

In Remembrance of...

Firstly, after much writers prerogative and Facebook [1] / Twitter [2] posting; I would like to say a word or two on Ms. Etta James.

Born Jamesetta Hawkins, she "is regarded as having bridged the gap between rhythm and blues and rock and roll [3]". She in fact is one of my all-time favorite artists, even for me as a kid, and it is her voice that always made me smile or tear-up.

I like so many people, loved her song 'At Last'[4] it always welled up something beautiful inside... or maybe just old regrets, but that is neither here nor there. (The Lyrics [5])

It is even the one song I was absolutely sure I wanted played at my Wedding, if that is ever to happen.
Etta James, has such great and amazing musical talent and was the muse and inspiration for so many R&B and Rock and Roll artists that it would take a while to mention.

She will surely be missed by her family and those of us who appreciated her talent and personality.

Thank you Etta James, for such inspiring and Beautiful music over all these years.

You are home, at last.

On a second note, that is entirely too long in wait, I want us all to remember Gordon Hirabayashi [6].

Honestly I did not even know of this amazing fellow until today, when reading George Takei's 'Blog. With all my interest in Japanese Culture, from Asia to America, and my determination to know and understand the truth behind mainline History.

I find missing this single Man a travesty on all counts, since he was more American than most when the time came for him to stand up against those who acted upon fear and prejudice over rational and Constitutional minds.

He was one of many whose persistence helped get him and others an apology from the United States Government after four decades of denial.

The apology I knew about, yet I never looked into the whole thing in any real detail.

I have long debated about writing about the Internment Concentration camps; from Nazi Germany, to WWII America, to Modern day America.

It is a touchy subject, that beats Dragon's fire on all sides even still, at least for those who actually know about these things or care about them at all.

But I have a quote from Benjamin Franklin from 1730 that stays by my computer at all times, that I use as a reminder, and it states,

"If all printers were determined not to print anything till they were sure it would offend nobody, there would be very little printed.", although as Benjamin originally printed this now quote, it is much heavier in word [7].

In any regard this reminds me that as long as I have breath and ability to say something, I shall use my Right of Free Speech to say it, no matter the opinion of somebody else.

And thanks to George Takei's [8] words and memoriam on Gordon Hirabayashi, I have decided to jump back into my research and write a full but concise 'Blog on this subject of Internment Camps/Concentration Camps.

People need to know, because anytime freedom is threatened and people are subjugated, it is because someone else censored them or silenced them or took away the knowledge that could have warned and saved them.

Remember, Ignorant masses are the easiest to manipulate, and what you don't know can and will hurt you.

14th Amendment: The Misinterpretation of...

I come from an Immigrant Family, (We came from Poland, Germany, Czechoslovakia), any where from 2 to 3 generations back.

We came here legally and with purpose of being awarded American Citizenship and all the Rights and Priviledges that come with it.

We did not sneak in, We did not break any Immigration laws Nor did we or are we using the System against itself, (The Misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment; where those of Illegal entry have their new born children on American soil granted Citizenship).

The Framers of the 14th Amendment never intended to award Citizenship to anyone that broke laws getting into this Country, and was written at a time prior to Immigration laws.

Their is nothing wrong with people immigrating to the U.S., there is however a serious issue with rewarding Citizenship to those that either broke the law and or broke the law to give their kids Citizenship.

It is the same as lieing, cheating and stealing, and should not be tolerated.

No other Country in the World allows Citizenship to illegal Immigrants or their children, such a thing devalues the hard-working efforts of all those who immigrated here/there legally.

What is needed is to correct the misinterpretation of that amendment's first sentence: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."

These words have shewn the practice of conferring citizenship on children born here to illegal immigrants.

"It is difficult to imagine a more irrational and self-defeating legal system than one which makes unauthorized entry into this country a criminal offense and simultaneously provides perhaps the greatest possible inducement to illegal entry [1]." Writes professor Lino Graglia of the University of Texas law school.

From the Texas Review of Law and Politics, Graglia states this irrationality is rooted in a misunderstanding of the phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof."
The intention and understanding of the authors and ratifiers in 1866 could not have intended for citizenship for any illegal immigration, since no such thing existed in the U.S. up until that point becasue no law had ever restricted immigration.

As we see pointed out quite clearly in the dialogue over HR 127 1886 by Sen. Jacob M. Howard (MI):

"Mr. HOWARD: I now move to take up House joint resolution No. 127.

The motion was agreed to; and the Senate, as in Committee of the Whole, resumed the consideration of the joint resolution (H.R. No. 127) proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

The first amendment is to section one, declaring that all "persons born in the United States and Subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the States wherein they reside. I do not propose to say anything on that subject except that the question of citizenship has been fully discussed in this body as not to need any further elucidation, in my opinion. This amendment which I have offered is simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already, that every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country.[2]"

Further analysis of this shows:

"In 1873 in the Slaughter-House Cases, the first case to come
before the Court involving the then newly enacted Fourteenth
Amendment, the Court stated, in dicta, that “[t]he phrase,
‘subject to its jurisdiction’ was intended to exclude from
[birthright citizenship] children of ministers, consuls, and citizens or subjects of foreign States born within the United States.”

Much more important, in 1884 in Elk v. Wilkins, the Court
adopted the view of Senators Trumbull and Howard that a child
born to members of an Indian tribe did not have birthright
citizenship. Such a child was born in the United States, but not
born “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” because that requires
that the child be “not merely subject in some respect or degree
to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to
their political jurisdiction, and owing them direct and
immediate allegiance. [3]”

So despite modern Judicial interpretations of the 14th Amendment; the framers of the 14th Amendment state very clearly that it's wording expresses that 'children of ministers, consuls, and citizens or subjects of foreign States born within the United States, are excluded from gaining citizenship'.

Their is no argument that can deny this truth, and also shows that our Judicial system has been unconstitutionally allowing the opposite to happen.

Internet Censorship Protests Go Viral

January 18th, 2012

This day marked the moment when People and Websites around not only in the United States of America but those around the world as well, stood up in close unison and declared that U.S. Bills SOPA and PIPA and others like them are an affront to the Freedom and Privacy of the Internet.

Whether or not those of you reading this 'Blog, agree Piracy is Legitimate or Illegal, the major consensus on January 18th, showed that many understand that these U.S. Bills have a much darker side to them and will only serve to harm law abiding Citizens and our access to free Information rather than preventing "piracy" as they so clamor to present to the Public mind.

Anyone who has a basic understanding of law, Common sense, and has been self-aware for at least the past 10 years, understands that the wording in these bills is Draconian at the very least, and is not intended to protect the Rights of Citizens but those of Government and Corporate agendas.

Ideas are the most dangerous form of weapon the world has ever known and if one can snuff out the spread of ideas, they will have effectively shutdown any real from of resistance.

By being able to Censor a thing, such as the Internet, it will prevent the freedom of speech, it will prevent awareness of the Public of dirty deeds by those who are determined to do so. It will prevent Public discussion on a National and even possibly International level, that would otherwise bring the bad-kids wrong-doings into the light.

Yes Piracy is an issue, and it is one that needs more 'Public' debate, and more ISPs and Web-Companies to take action themselves, by updating their Terms-of-Service, and taking more immediate action. It is not the Job of Government, (Specifically here in the United States of America), to intervene in matters of Public Trade, (i.e. herein denoted as one Public Company claiming Piracy of their goods, against another Public Entity, (Company, Person, or otherwise), the Commerce Clause in the U.S. Constitution makes this quite clear. Such matters are for the Judicial system to hash out and for the Common Public to make a stand on.

In today's world, [Blanket Laws] do not effectively combat many of the issues at hand, they only serve to harm the innocent in the pursuance of the Criminal. Just like Gun Laws here in the U.S. have proven over a 30 year period that Criminals the laws are "intended" for still are able to get there weapons and are not detered at all by whatever Law is currently on the books, Just like the Anti-Alcohol Laws of the 1920's did not prevent people from creating or aquiring it.

Things like these only ever served the State and their ability to create or increase Crime to better serve the filling of their Coffers.

History is a guide, we better learn from it or be willing to face the consequences of ignoring it.

Facebook not responsible for Teen Depression

So this is old news, but it must be a slow news day in Chicago.

Facebook is, (or has been), being blamed for Teen Depression, this is like blaming the rain for your Tax bills or your Love life.

I am not a fan of Facebook's Policies, however it is a free service that allows people to connect and talk to each other and share things.

No one is forced to use it, and well teen depression was around long before Facebook existed, (of course there are currently a lot of Doctors who are willing to be paid off by big Corporations to to lie to you, by Making up new diseases, so they all can make money off you.)

If your teen is depressed, get them off the sugary junk foods, get them off the game systems, turn the t.v. and computer off and interact with them, (The clue here is unplug them from the things that separate you and your teen and plug yourself back into their life).

If their are bullies on Facebook block them and report them, Facebook has decent security settings now to prevent people from annoying you or causing you mental anguish.

If issues continue with your or your Teens interactions on Facebook; turn it off and or delete the account and DO NOT go back.

The end of the Twentieth Century and the beginning of the 21st Century has shown us that less and less people are willing to take responsibility for their actions and just blame someone or even something else for their issues and problems.

It is the same with with the current censorship of T.V. and Radio programming because People refuse to accept responsibility for what they and or their children watch, by just letting some corporate entity decide for them and then complain when they do. If it is inappropriate to your beliefs, or it is causing you harm in some way turn it off or get rid of it.

Facebook is not responsible for the inadequacies in your home environment... And Teachers aren't babysitters either, (Just thought I'd add that).

We are not Morally superior!
We are not Religiously superior!
We are not Ethnically superior!

We are Human Beings, just like all others on this Planet!

Our Government's interventionist policies, kill Civilians; Women, Children, and Men alike!

The thing we should be concerned with is our Morality; of which we are severely lacking.

The only thing we are allowing to happen is creating more enemies to our great nation, instead of allies.

I would hate any country that would indescriminately bomb my country and kill innocent Civilians, and then ask for our support; so why is it any different for us?

This does not mean we shouldn't protect ourselves, but it does not mean that we should or have the right to make decisions for other countries, either.

A popular slogan of the Italian Fascists under Mussolini was, “Tutto nello Stato, niente al di fuori dello Stato, nulla contro lo Stato” (everything for the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state). I recall this expression frequently as I observe the state’s far-reaching penetration of my own society.

What of any consequence remains beyond the state’s reach in the United States today? Not wages, working conditions, or labor-management relations; not health care; not money, banking, or financial services; not personal privacy; not transportation or communication; not education or scientific research; not farming or food supply; not nutrition or food quality; not marriage or divorce; not child care; not provision for retirement; not recreation; not insurance of any kind; not smoking or drinking; not gambling; not political campaign funding or publicity; not real estate development, house construction, or housing finance; not international travel, trade, or finance; not a thousand other areas and aspects of social life.

One might affirm that the state still keeps its hands off religion, but it actually does not. It certifies certain religious organizations as legitimate and condemns others, as many young men discovered to their sorrow when they attempted to claim the status of conscientious objector during the Vietnam War. It assigns members of certain religions, but not members of others, as chaplains in its armed services.

Besides, isn’t statism itself a religion for most Americans? Do they not honor the state above all else, above even the commandments of a conventional religion they may embrace? If their religion tells them “thou shalt not murder,” but the state orders them to murder, then they murder. If the state tells them to rob, to destroy property, and to imprison innocent people, then, notwithstanding any religious strictures, they rob, destroy property, and imprison innocent people, as millions of victims of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and millions of victims of the so-called Drug War in this country will attest. Moreover, in every form of adversity, Americans look to the state for their personal salvation, just as before the twentieth century their ancestors looked to Divine Providence.

When the state produces unworkable or unsatisfactory conditions in any area of life, and therefore elicits complaints and protests, as it has for example in every area related to health care, it responds to these complaints and protests by making “reforms” that heap new laws, regulations, and government bureaus atop the existing mountain of counterproductive interventions. Thus, each new “reform” makes the government more monstrous and destructive than it was before. Citizen, be careful what you wish for; the government just might give it to you good and hard.

The areas of life that remain outside the government’s participation, taxation, subsidization, regulation, surveillance, and other intrusion or control have become so few and so trivial that they scarcely merit mention. We verge ever closer upon the condition in which everything that is not prohibited is required. Yet, the average American will declare loudly that he is a free man and that his country is the freest in the world. Thus, in a country where more and more is for the state, where virtually nothing is outside the State, and where, aside from pointless complaints, nothing against the State is permitted, Americans have become ideal fascist citizens. Like the average German during the years that Hitler ruled Germany, most Americans today, inhabiting one of the most pervasively controlled countries in the history of the world, think they are free.

Twilight: The Golden Years?

With all the critiques out there, I noticed they tend to be very Black & White. Ranging from those articles author's dying love for the series or some particular character, or to the other extreme of Hate-Bile-Hate and more hate.

In light of some very gooey and some very viperous articles, I felt as is my right as a 'Blogger to put my 3 Cents in.

**Spoiler Alert**
-You have been warned-

Stephanie Meyer may not be as eloquent as J.K. Rowling or as definitive in prose as Stephen King, however she carries us through her story and brings the intangible to bear, while holding our wrapt attention as we are given insight into a new World. One that sinks it's teeth heavily into what a Family really is and what love does to many of us, and how our decisions effect us.

She reminds us that we are fragile beings prone to mistakes while seeking dreams much larger than ourselves. She shines a light upon the face of an alternative tomorrow that whispers of longing and desire for its tentative embrace, while the power-hungry and greed-motivated seek nothing else but to control our everything, when we only seek our own singular peace.

Stephanie's brilliance is not so much in her words as it is in her ability to capture our attention to those important details that somehow although foreign, ringing out an element of truth to each and everyone of us. Keeping us hanging on to the barrage of emotional baggage that intertwines us and yet all the while subtly weaving out a much bigger lesson to be learned from it all.

Save for the incessant whining and extreme emotional schisms which heavily inundated Bella and Edward especially in the first two books, (Edward being the most emotional Vampire I have ever encountered), and to some lesser degree Jacob's emotional roundabout. The emotional pallet balances more toward the last two books while the first two are a bumpy emotional roller-coaster that reeled even my sensible might. This is still an excellent series for fans of the Vampiric genre, although you have to leave room for stretching from traditional Vampiric fables.

The Films don't follow as closely as one would hope like as we see in the Harry Potter Films. However in some instances this was good. Somethings cannot be transcribed from text to video very well, even in this day and age of grand visual effects and 3D tech.

For the Books; Eclipse was one of my favorites, with Breaking Dawn being my absolute favorite of the whole Saga so far. The same seems to follow suit with the Films also.

*I think Breaking Dawn Pt 1 could have shown a bit more of the numb-fiery suffering Bella was engaged in during her transformation moment. Yet I wasn't dissatisfied either, showing her memories back to childhood, kind of how common culture expresses at times the phrase, "My life flashing before my eyes", seemed appropriate somehow in place, but most especially on how they leave us hanging with us staring into her Blood-Red eyes.*

Of course now that the 4 books and the 4.1 films are complete, we as fans or grumpy onlookers are left in kind of a conundrum. The fans see new characters and possible plot lines opened up and immediately severed... while the grumpy haters are praying very hard (even those that don't believe in the afterlife), that it will exist no more... lol

Yet I seek to wonder; Breaking Dawn was the most fascinating and exhilarating read I have had in some while save for maybe Wolfskin by Juliet Marillier or the final Harry Potter Book. It also leaves so much to be desired although if Stephanie Meyer wrote no more it wouldn't be a horrible thing.

What get's my curiosity going is now at the end of Breaking Dawn we have most obviously the Jacob and Renesmee imprinting, which could be it's own story unto itself. With Jacob and his separate pack from Sams. A seemingly stronger bond and Treaty between the Quileute and the Olympic Clan (Cullens).

Renesmee's unique gifts and how she will end up interacting with the world and Jacob for that matter.

We have Bellas amazing Gifts and we have to wonder? How strong is Bella really? With her unique ability to control her cravings and do things that no other Vampire is known to have done ever in the Twilight Universe.

We have the growing years between Bella, Edward and Renesmee... Will they let Jacob shadow her 24/7 or will they come to some agreement so Bella and Edward can spend more time with her as she initially ages?

We have so many new characters introduced, from wandering clans to the scheming Romanians and the Amazonians, etc. How about the old friends of Carlisle and this introduction of other Mortal-Immortal Hybrids... Seriously? And then leave without saying more? Only if there will be another few books.

I'd definitely like to see further interactions between Bella and her Father, how about what she finally decides to do about her Mother?

Finally I will ask, how about the Volturi? They may have left without battle, but we are left to chew on that they are not the type to give up on an obsession and could there be assassination attempts later on in the future?

And what about the Volturi's new obsession with the creator of the other Hybrids? You know they will pursue that with extreme prejudice.

So there is a lot being left unsaid at the end of the 4th book in the Twilight Saga, and many of us would definitely enjoy at the very least reading about the next 150 years or so.

In light of all this, I do hope that Stephanie Meyer finishes her 'Edward perspective' Midnight Sun. I have read the 1st chapter from her site, and even in it's rough form.. it is a bit exciting to see things from the other perspective. I have to say though I will not fault her if she ends up dropping the project. I understand how you pour your Soul into something and then before it is done, it gets peeked at.. then it just seems to lose it's flavor.

I was also enthused by Stephanie's teaser story that followed the 'The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner', the cute young New-born Vampire out of Seattle. I don't know if it was necessary but I was attached to her character the moment I read about her and saw the actor in film. it was nice to get a breath of insight into Bree's life before and after leading up to the end of Eclipse.

In the end, I gather we will wait in pained silence to see if Stephanie Meyer decides to continue gracing us with her shimmering words or if we will have to be content just wondering and sucking up what decent Fan Fiction might be around.

I make sure I remember to honor all the Men and Women who died serving this country on December 7th, 1941. Thank you all for your sacrifice. I don't take it for granted.

Thanks-Giving? 2011

There is a lot I could say on the topic of today's Holiday. However I will keep it short and simple, because I can.

Although the Pilgrims, (Puritans and others), who came over on the Mayflower, Mayflower II and some other successive boats in the mid to late 1600's, prior to the blood-shed they did trade with the North-Eastern Native American tribes, while there was no real sit down for what we now call 'Thanksgiving'.

The Native Americans tribes... some of them at least initially did teach some of those settlers what was good to plant and eat, that would harvest before winter came and would store well through those cold months, for this we can be thankful.

The fact that successive generations of certain American families might possibly not be here if it was not for the generosity of some Native Americans, those New England winters can be brutal. For this we can be thankful.

Even though the Holiday known as 'Thanskgiving' was founded on and based on deception and slight of hand, it is a good reminder to all of us to celebrate Family and Friends, giving and sharing amongst our fellow Human Beings no matter Color, Race, or Creed. As well as to celebrate our good fortune of being born into a Country where we still have the right of choice and voice. For this we are thankful.

To the Native Americans who were cheated, lied to, forcibly removed from their homes, killed, hunted and given disease and practically wiped off the earth that gives us so much love, and allows us to be were we are today. We should count our blessings and pray that we will be ever vigilante that such evil will never happen again on our watch.

Osaka Grill

The first week of November 2011, I ventured into the Osaka Grill Buffet. A Chinese, Japanese, American, multi-Cultural Buffet and Hibachi Grill Restaurant.

I'm usually wary of Asian Buffets, because most tend to have lax policies on the food and the Sushi and Sashimi tend also to be suspect.

Yet in my Lunchtime vigor...I was impressed.

It has a modest store front, that is so small you might miss it if you are not paying attention since it shares the same building, door front and Awning as the Goodwill store that it is nestled right next to.

When you enter, in the front entrance you have an almost out of place stone fountain but it is nice to look at. Through the inner doors you come face to face with a Samurai outfit in a Case, however that seems to be the extent of Japanese decorum found since the majority of it is Chinese in origin.

Once inside like the majority of Buffets, you pay first, but for a lunch special of $6.99 and a dinner of $9.99 per person, it isn't bad at all for the pocket book; however they do cut into your dollar for the drink, which is around $2 and some change.

First impressions are deceptive as to the size of this place. Taking up 1/4 of the Goodwill Building it is quite large and roomy , with open and private seating areas. My first impression was one of "Wow", since it had such a small nondescript front entrance.

The owner Curt Wong, seems to be a very hard working Man, Usually found over at the Hibachi Grill, and it is always good to see the curator of your food enjoying their work!

Like most good Asian Buffets, the food is not top par as you'd find at a good Asian Restaurant, but it was spectacular compared to the slew of Asian buffets in the area.

Presentation is well done and the food areas where very well kept and clean.

My first food trip was to the Sushi bar, and although most of their Sushi and Sashimi was [California Roll], (Rice on the outside), they were all made fresh and kept at the proper temperature.

The Sushi Chef was nice and willing to tell you what was out in the display, though they get negative points for not labeling each sushi section. (Not a hard thing to have pre-made labels that you can switch in and out each day for the types of Sushi you are making) Just because your Chef can speak English... does not mean I or anyone else can understand them when they are speaking through very heavy accents.

Although many reviews had this place with very bad to mediocre food, I was really impressed with the Sushi and Sashimi, as well as the broad selection and taste of those selections of food!

Japanese and Chinese Hot foods, soups, even some American style presence such as Pizza, and some other items that I failed to try.

Their desert bar was well stocked and consisted not only of cakes, gelatin type items and other sweet delicacy's, the also had a good selection of fruits to comb over, which appealed to me over the sugary wasteland.

If you are a Vegetarian or Vegan, they have a large selection of foods that will appeal to your tastes as well. However I do not know exactly how some of those are cooked or if they ever come in contact with any meats.

My server, (who looked Chinese-American; though I could be wrong), was named Lily and not only was she a very good hostess for our table, she was on top of things and was quite beautiful to boot!

All in all it was a wonderful experience and if you are looking for an all you can eat Asian experience this is something to definitely check out.

I returned this 4th week of November and had just as good an experience, although the server I had was not as on the ball although the Staff was still very nice and friendly.

Amanda Knox: Free But Still Imprisoned

She's Home in Seattle, Washington.
She has Family, Friends, and no Prison Cell.
However, She spends most of her time at home, and has someone with her at all times on her occasional outings.
Hollywood and the Media are treating her like a Celebrity, so Privacy is in the lacking.
Paparazzi everywhere... I think some are hiding in my wood paneling, too.
Bidding Wars for her First American Interview, Film rights, and even a book deal are being pressed on her, though her family could use the money since they are over a Million dollars in debt, who could blame them if they take any of it?
At least her family has hired on a Crisis PR Agent to help handle the Press.

To top it all off, the Kercher family continues to pursue Amanda Knox, even though her case was overturned due to faulty and misleading evidence, shifty and unreliable witness testimony. The Real Culprit is known, the evidence is there, yet they continue their Witch-Hunt on an innocent person who also grieved for their daughter.

Sometimes in this World, when you are free you are still imprisoned.

One can only hope that the Kercher's will go after the real criminal, and that the Knox's will offer to help the Kercher's... In a perfect World...

The Revolution Will Not be Televised...

...It will be Tweeted, Facebooked, and Live Streamed.

It seems even in the face of unwilling, overbearing, and Rights trampling Politicians, Leaders, Royalty, and those Rich who fall into the 1 percentile.

The Occupy and 99% Movements, although not reaching critical mass yet, are infact growing and continuing their presence all around the World.

I watched the mainstream news, even outlets that claim support of personal freedoms and watched as they knocked and classified this movement as a bunch of out-of-work, classless, illiterate and less than intelligent idiots who don't really know what they want except to cause dystopia and bring the system down.

Those of us in support realize that the Mainstream media only interviews those people that make their opinion seem strongest. Many of these interviewees are staged, while some are really idiots; in anycase there will always be those persons who infiltrate a cause and undermine its value and purpose whether by subterfuge or by curious idiocy, or even just plain malfeasance.

The reasons for this cause may be not all encompassing, but the underlying truths are self-evident.
In Simple terms:

1. That the common people are fed-up with the way our Governments and Leaders are running the show.
2. Fed-up with the internal corruption, wishy-washy Leaders, and politicians that are bought off for Corporate and interests of only the 1%.
3. Fed-up with a monetary system that isn't backed by anything except the 'word' of Bankers who willingly steal from those who have next to nothing.
4. Fed-up with Business as usual, high inflation, dropping monetary value, see #3.
5. Fed-up with Home and Property Repossessions due to Banking and Mortgage inadequacies, or refusals to follow proper and legal procedures that would allow the common people the chance to rectify their situations.
6. Fed-up with the increasingly horrible Jobs market here in the United States of America as well as around the World, due to Governments fiscal policies, labor policies, and any and all policies that effect the worker/Business relationship. (The News may twist/distort/lie about the percentages, but 'We' know, because we are the ones not getting jobs, when we are told there are so many jobs available.)
7. Fed-up with the fact that Businesses have openings but are not hiring because they cannot afford to pay the wages of the employees they already have due to the current laws in place that make it considerably more expensive for a Business to hire workers whether due to insurance, or benefits, or other items that are generally necessary to the compensation and wherewithall of the employee.
8. Fed-up with the ever increasing taxes that keep being placed on the books of local municipalities, States, Territories ,and even Country's as a whole. While inflation makes the living wage unlivable, and it is hard enough to keep food on the table let alone pay all the bills necessary, and forget about getting sick, in an accident, or pregnant; you will lose your job.

The Truths are that, the Majority of the People representing this movement are Intelligent, hardworking individuals, who have been down-trodden by many different types of systems, and are upset and tired of the day to day rape of ourselves, our families and the World we live in.

Many of us are Unemployed and or Under-employed, some of us are Employed. Many of us have College and University Educations, some of us don't, but the one thing we all want is:

We want change and are trying to do so peacefully.

The Occupy Movement is huge and growing, take time to figure out what is really going on, and remember the Mainstream Media will only show you want they want you to know.

Columbus Day: The Tragedy

Anyone with an education will know who Christopher Columbus is, that he sailed in the 1490's to find a short cut to India, but ended up in the Caribbean instead.

That He met with the local Natives and called them Indians, and went back to Spain and had subsequent return trips.

Yet what most don't know is that he committed Genocide in the name of the Spanish Crown and Catholicism. Burning at the stake those who would not convert, Taking baby's and throwing them against rocks, cutting up the natives and sending the dogs on them.

He managed to take a population in the millions and bring it down to the 100,000's and eventually killed them all off.

Although I am of the opinion after seeing videos and other documentation decrying Columbus Day as a Holiday, and although I do support removing it, I do not believe that it is the most important issue belying the Natives.

However after being a bit harsh on this issue to some friends I figured I'd do them the honor of making this issue more accessible to the Public, even if it is a small contribution.

As we gather together in solidarity to express a feeling of mass injustice, we must not lose sight of what brought us together. We write so that all people who feel wronged by the corporate forces of the world can know that we are your allies.

As one people, united, we acknowledge the reality: that the future of the human race requires the cooperation of its members; that our system must protect our rights, and upon corruption of that system, it is up to the individuals to protect their own rights, and those of their neighbors; that a democratic government derives its just power from the people, but corporations do not seek consent to extract wealth from the people and the Earth; and that no true democracy is attainable when the process is determined by economic power. We come to you at a time when corporations, which place profit over people, self-interest over justice, and oppression over equality, run our governments. We have peaceably assembled here, as is our right, to let these facts be known.

They have taken our houses through an illegal foreclosure process, despite not having the original mortgage.

They have taken bailouts from taxpayers with impunity, and continue to give Executives exorbitant bonuses.

They have perpetuated inequality and discrimination in the workplace based on age, the color of one’s skin, sex, gender identity and sexual orientation.

They have poisoned the food supply through negligence, and undermined the farming system through monopolization.

They have profited off of the torture, confinement, and cruel treatment of countless nonhuman animals, and actively hide these practices.

They have continuously sought to strip employees of the right to negotiate for better pay and safer working conditions.

They have held students hostage with tens of thousands of dollars of debt on education, which is itself a human right.

They have consistently outsourced labor and used that outsourcing as leverage to cut workers’ healthcare and pay.

They have influenced the courts to achieve the same rights as people, with none of the culpability or responsibility.

They have spent millions of dollars on legal teams that look for ways to get them out of contracts in regards to health insurance.

They have sold our privacy as a commodity.

They have used the military and police force to prevent freedom of the press.

They have deliberately declined to recall faulty products endangering lives in pursuit of profit.

They determine economic policy, despite the catastrophic failures their policies have produced and continue to produce.

They have donated large sums of money to politicians supposed to be regulating them.

They continue to block alternate forms of energy to keep us dependent on oil.

They continue to block generic forms of medicine that could save people’s lives in order to protect investments that have already turned a substantive profit.

They have purposely covered up oil spills, accidents, faulty bookkeeping, and inactive ingredients in pursuit of profit.

They purposefully keep people misinformed and fearful through their control of the media.

They have accepted private contracts to murder prisoners even when presented with serious doubts about their guilt.

They have perpetuated colonialism at home and abroad.

They have participated in the torture and murder of innocent civilians overseas.

They continue to create weapons of mass destruction in order to receive government contracts.*

To the people of the world,

We, the New York City General Assembly occupying Wall Street in Liberty Square, urge you to assert your power.

Exercise your right to peaceably assemble; occupy public space; create a process to address the problems we face, and generate solutions accessible to everyone.

When I was little...

When I was little...

I Played the Indian against the Cowboy, I didn't want to be President I wanted to be an Astronaut, Math gave me Migraines, (Literally), but I could tell you why the Country was in the state it was in because of my love for History.

I hated Country music but I loved the Blues, and even though I didn't fully understand why we hated the Communists so much, I still looked past the stereotyping and hate mongering and thought that the Russian People were really no different than you and I, it was just the Governments at fault somehow.

I was so shy I'd shake and tremble just at the thought of going on stage or dancing in front of people, but I loved to talk and I'd dance my heart out by myself.

Now that I'm all grown up, I love the Natives, and Pity the Cowboys, I still want to be an Astronaut and to hell with being a leader indebted to criminals.

Math still hurts my head though I found an appreciation for it in College, and I still promote that History is our sounding board.

I don't really hate Country music anymore but Blues is still my Favorite because it spawned so many great sub-genres of music, including but not limited to Rock 'n Roll, Chicago House Music, Contemporary Rock, and even in some distant effect; Eletronic music itself.

And although I despise anyone who thinks or promotes the idea that Equality is making everyone but 1% of the population poor, homeless and without property rights a way of life while that 1% gets Fat Rich of everyone else... I still think the Russian People are Amazing, then as now, kind of like a distant Cousin that we really should get to know better, instead of just following the old family standard of hating on them.

I still get nervous talking to a group of people especially on stage; but I can do it now, and although my family thinks otherwise, I have danced my heart out in front of thousands of people many times.

I have always been a little different, but difference is good, difference causes change, change creates new ideas and new things, and new ideas and new things can build the foundation to a better future.

If we were all the same, we wouldn't have an identity, we wouldn't have the ability to identify with or learn to be different like someone else since we'd all be the same.

We wouldn't have a voice because without rights there is no right to speak, and there is nothing worse than a society that cannot speak for itself, whether they are right or wrong.

Nothing progressive ever happens in a society that does not dare to dream, and dream different.

Although I am saddened and abhorred by the state of the Union today, I still believe that the United States of America is the Greatest place on Earth.

Amanda Knox; Il Successo!

I debated on how I would write about this story, since it has been 4 years in the making and I am sure most Americans, (save those ardently following it), have forgotten.

In fact I must admit, this had been at the back of my mind recently, due to my own personal life's stressers and battles.

It just so happened after watching early morning ABC-Chicago's news that it came rushing back to me... and I recalled all the injustice of the matter of the Amanda Knox trial, and the 4 years of frustratingly inept forensics and postulating of evidence.

I'm not big on religious practices, and do not like to necessarily bring them up here in my writing, however I prayed in my own way, for a positive outcome for Amanda Knox and Rafaele Sollecito.

As the United Kingdom's Guardian Publication itterated today; "...that the explanation of what happened in Perugia's Via della Pergola on that winter's night in 2007 was actually perfectly simple. A man known to be a petty criminal, Rudy Guede, a drifter from Ivory Coast, broke in, either before or after Kercher returned from a quiet meal with her friends. He took advantage of the situation to try to rape her – a not uncommon occurrence, criminologists say – and, when she put up a vigorous struggle, he slashed her throat."

The evidence was clear and incontrovertible, yet the defense took on a completely different route that was not only illogical, but was not evidenced to the fact.

It makes me glad that I live in the United States of America, with a Justice system, (although corrupt in its own manner), still much better than anywhere else in the World.

I do however appreciate Amanda's Legal team who stuck with Amanda and her family and kept pushing for the truth to come out. As well I also appreciate and the Jury and Judges of the Appeals Court in Italy that took on the case again so that this injustice could be rectified.

I can't even imagine what Amanda Knox and her family and friends even Rafaele Sollecito and his Family and Friends, too, and what they are going through at this moment. However I suspect that it is full of tears of happiness and joy, and maybe even a disbelief that they are finally free.

I of course still hope for swift Justice for Meredith Kercher and her Family, that the real criminal is brought to Justice and sentenced for such a heinous crime.

I do hope in this aftermath that the World Press and Citizens of every Country that followed this case, give all Family's involved the proper time and respect to settle back together and contemplate their existence in the manner they so choose, (as Amanda's Sister Diana requests).

Congratulazioni per il vostro successo, Amanda Knox e Rafaele Sollecito!

P.S.
For all those naysayers out there, this for me never had anything to do with how Amanda and or Rafaele looked, or their Family's pleas. This had everything to do with the evidence, what was actually found and how it wasn't followed to it's natural conclusions. The fumbling, purgery, and total misappropriation of the evidence at hand has always been quite clear, especially to anyone who understands Collection of Evidence, DNA , witness testimony, as well as other inter-related items, that process individuals in courts of law.
This also shows an monumental failure of the Italian Police force involved as well as the original Jury who took obviously manipulated evidence and used it against the defendants.
Incidents like these happen even here in the U.S.A where there is a desire to wrap a case up quickly; whether to quash Press inquiry, or personal prejudices, or any other form of desire. These do happen from time to time. Yet the facts remain that evidence was ignored, and individuals were convicted on faulty if not misleading evidence, and that the real killer has had a 4 year pass all this time. I have been wrongly accused myself, and I understand how it feels to have no one understand such abuses. Even though the truth is so clearly wrought.
Granted I have never been jailed because of wrongful accusation, but the emotional distraught is similarly founded.
I am glad that Justice has been served, finally, and hope that the real killer is brought to Justice soon!

International 9/11 Hearings to Begin

This is something many of us in the U.S. as well as abroad have been waiting for for way too long now!

The Questions are obvious, the Reasons are obvious, The resulting Deaths are obvious; what isn't so obvious is why U.S. Government reports conflict with each other, or why they provide fudged scientific data, or that the reports completely ignore raw data, or that whole pieces of evidence for their version where either never found or where destroyed immediately by Government personal and Government Contractors without due process by Public scrutiny.

Whether or not there was Government involvement in the September 11th attacks, there was definitely a cover-up afterwards; because only guilty parties would destroy evidence before it had a chance to be scrutinized by everyone else, (considered by Law to be Destruction of Evidence and Obstruction of Justice), as well as using witness testimony that turned out to be falsified or coerced; which by the way is Perjury for those not up to speed.

All these things We the People would be jailed and fined for, but those with deep pockets seem to escape Justice's long arm.

Hopefully this is just not some stunt, but an actual honest investigation by the international community for the benefit of the Citizens of the World, and all those who are unjustly considered "Collateral Damage" by our Leaders.

It feels good to be right, it feels even better to be Exactly right, and it feels just stupendous to know that the Global Warming Sham that of Humans are Responsible, is just that... a Sham.

Of course, don't get me wrong folks, I am first and foremost a believer in a clean Earth and Environment for You, Me, and Future Generations.

And I fully support most programs that help endeavor to remove toxins from our Air, Water, and Ground, but it was just hard to swallow Human Caused Global Warming, since We are still way below the Medieval Warm period, and when I saw Al Gore and other Global Warming poster children, had only shown the part of the chart related to the cooling and warming trends of the earth over some hundreds of years, to prove their point, (as well that it happened to be fudged a little, too).

End September 2011: Protests on Wall Street

Occupy Wall St [https://occupywallst.org/] who is in affiliation with We Are The 99%[http://wearethe99percent.tumblr.com/], have been protesting in a proposed Non-violent fashion, to try and replicate the effects of sudden mass-occupation of Goverment places, like in Egypt, Lybia, Iceland and other such places that have caused change without violence.

My friend LiLi Roquelin [https://www.facebook.com/liliroquelin & https://twitter.com/#!/liliroquelin & http://www.liliroquelin.com/] made note of this, this morning, (Sept. 26th, 2011), as she re-entered the U.S. from her France Visit.

According to the New York Daily News via [http://www.wallst.net/?p=281021] Violence has been sprouting up, and this is not something that would be unusual, from Angry Americans, to Paid-off Law-Enforcement inciting Riot, and Angry Politicians who care not to see the Masses entrenched upon their front lawn, as it were.

Since this is not a 'Big News Item' in the Mainstream Press, I thought I'd bring it to everyones attention, whether or not the cause is just.

There is also Suspicion of the Raelian UFO Cult having a bit of fun too since there have been rumors of Topless Protesters and apparently the Raelians take just about any chance to go topless [rael.org & gotopless dot org {of course i don't link the 2nd one because there is visually controversial material}.

10 Years Later! The Criminals are still free to roam.

10 years... Oddly enough reminds me of the Rock group [10 Years].

Nevertheless, it has been ten years since September 11th, 2001, the morning I literally fell off the top bunk of a bunk-bed, because of someone exclaiming the events in a loud and upset voice.

"...OH My GOD!!!...An Airliner just hit the Twin-Towers!..."

It's not something anyone would really want to wake up to, especially if it effects their life, times and Countrymen.

The problem with events of tragic outcome, is that most of these types are generally self-inflicted wounds created to gain a reaction from the people and an acceptance of policies that would on any normal day have been scoffed at and knocked down due to their rights stripping outcomes.

I've seen the evidence for both sides of the argument, and sadly the one I want to believe has more plot-holes and bad acting than a bad Hollywood comedy film; and of course that one is the mainstay held up by the mainstream Press and the Heads of our Government.

What I really wanted to write here, is about the sadness that is still felt 10 years later, about the family's and friends and country's that have been hurt by this grievous act.

I want to talk about all the good that has come from this, and all the bad that still remains.

I want to express my anger, rage, tears, and my disgust, and I want to direct them at an Enemy, because it would be easy to just react.

Even 10 years later...

However...

What I will write about here, is that I want to remember all those lives that were lost that day; That whether or not it was all Alqaida's doing or a conspiracy that is much higher than them. (WWII-Pearl Harbor)

That I want to say a prayer or two, for those lives lost and those who put their lives on the line trying to save lives that day and since then.

That I want to pay my respects to my Countrymen and Women who serve in our Military, because whether or not we are reacting because of a Lie or a Truth... We are still a United culture of individuals of whom desire first and foremost to protect our Family's, Homes, and Land from invaders.

That no matter how history brands these times, that we will at least be given the courtesy that we stood up to defend ourselves, even if the enemy was just a patsy and the criminals were from our own soil.

That no matter the intended outcome of the sacred day of September 11th, 2001, It is a day that will live in infamy, and will forever hold a place in the hearts of every Man, Women , and Child who lived through that time.

That at least for one day, 24 hours; we should pay our respects and hold our tongues... not because we should be afraid to offend, but because we should respect the dead on the anniversary of their deaths.

After the smoke clears and the day is over, then we should go back to our pulpits, and battle turrets and weed out the true masterminds, and make them pay for the disgrace that they brought to our Country and Lives.

Until that moment arrives, we should bow our heads in Silence and or in Prayer, so that we will not be fooled again by any enemy, that we will not be prey to the deviants of our time, that light will be shed upon the darkness that craves to engulf us, and for those that lost their lives to honor them for their sacrifice, even unwanted as it is.

Bless the lost and continuing lives of September 11th, 2001, May September 11th 2011 be a day of Peace, Remembrance, and Love.

May the United States of America and all others be postulate for a better more peaceful future, than the path that we are currently on.

Liars, Faithless, and the Disrespected

Sadness seems to be the cake and platter of the moment.

Our Country is still at war, though few know or understand that the U.S. has been in a perpetual state of war since Korea.

Or that the U.S. has been under continuous Marshall Law since the time of Abraham Lincoln, when he declared it for the Civil War, but never made it void and clear. And since then the Federal Government, (in related and unrelated incidents), has been running rampant ever since, using war powers and other Rights infringing methods.

Our "Two Party" system, splay each other in the press, but talk and walk the same language, and the majority of them, always choose what will get them richer, no matter the state of the Country and its Citizens.

In every day and in every age, there is someone lying to us, not being honest with us, and completely disrespecting us.

Yet it is not just War, Greed, Money, and Politicians... It happens right here on the home front, right in our living rooms, right in our beds.

It's bad enough to hear and see it from those who fill us with empty promises, it is worse when it comes from those friends we suppose that we can trust.

But the saddest thing is, the most ludicrous thing, the most devious and inappropriate thing is, when it comes from your own Family.

It's a funny, (maybe ironic, even...), thing when, no matter how many times you tell the 'Truth', when you faithfully admit right and wrong doings.

Someone still has an agenda, and they are so sick of their little world, with so much disgust of their own unhappiness; that they strive on a daily basis to hurt, defile, defame character and destroy others that they feel threaten them.

Constantly spreading their own lies and viscous rumors to suit their own needs, for whatever fantasy that thrills and moves their disjointed EGO. Not even caring what harm and problems it will cause their Targets and or even the other people who are inter-connected between them all.

It's a sickness, and today is even classified as a disease of the mind, if you read the [Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM)], yet even so, it is happening, and is still occurring, and honest and rational people are being duped.

It's bad enough to be lied to, have promises left empty, and to be walked on by the Representatives and Senators of this Great Country.

It is quite another thing, to have it occur right in your own face, under your own roof; by someone who doesn't necessarily have to like you, but should have the common sense and decency to protect the Family Unit from harm; because if one is hurt the whole Family hurts... and all the denial in the World and quite possibly even the Universe... will not change that fact.

Whether it is our Country, or our Family; We should be endeavoring to protect each other against harm, and those insidious persons placing us in harms way.

It is said, 'If you keep telling a LIE, eventually people will start believing in it; however the problem herein in lies that the ones telling the lies, especially those that insist that someone else is lying, are they themselves at risk of putting their own foot in their mouth.

I do not know if there is a Universal Karma, if Soul's really do turn Black with excessive wrong-doing, or if a God is jotting down notes; but it seems to me, that it is in everyone's best interest to stop trying to destroy and hate on others; especially those in your own Family, otherwise bad things might happen.

For me, I am honest with my Family and friends; but as is usually the case, the Liars, the self-haters, cannot stand to know the Truth, so they do everything in their EGO driven power to unsettle and unbalance the situation, especially when it comes to discrediting Family members who are honest.

Like a page out of modern day politics in the U.S., If you don't like somebody, if you disagree with what they're saying, if what they are saying breaks up your little Safe-Fantasy World, or will expose your indecency and dubious character. Then the reaction is text-book, and tends to have Passive-Aggressive overtones, You must Discredit, Discredit, Defame, Discredit!

They want you in a corner, they want you feeling down and out, they want you depressed and running scared, because that makes them feel POWERFUL, it makes them think they are in control.

Just remember that Bad and Evil people, always think they are saving you, helping you, ...'doing it for your own good', by restricting you, putting you in your place, and locking you away, (if they find themselves lucky).

In the end though, (you could retaliate, bring all their sins to bare, and feel really good doing it, I know I would), however it is even more satisfying to leave little or no reaction, smile with a glint in your eye, and leave them guessing, wondering about what your thinking and what your next move is, it will unsettle them and disjoint their already disjointed World.

There is great satisfaction in this, and will help pass the hours as you try and figure out who you can really trust and who took the gambit and ran all the way out into Left-Field.

Times like these can be really lonely and upsetting, but like all things in this World, they will pass, and Time will wear them all away. While you are moving on to the next big thing, they are barely an Historical footnote.

Move forward and do not stagnate, because Movement is Creation, and Stagnation is Death.

Q101: The Aftermath

So after listening to the old 101.1 over the past week or so on and off, I have yet to hear the 24 Hour News Station, that was slated for this part of the dial.

However I have heard; 1st the DJ-less Days, then it became [101.1 Chocolate FM] a kind of similar sounding station playing music like the Mix FM.

Now it is [101.1 New Fm], still playing pretty much the same format, but now encompasses music you would hear on KissFM, B96, Star96, 959 The River, The Old Q101, the old LoopFM, and 971 The Drive, I have heard everything from 70's Classic Rock to 80's tunes, to Rhianna, Creed, and Pearl Jam.

But then again they could be the same Format, since I also one-time only, heard the pre-recorded Station Identification say; [101.1 New FM, Chocolate FM], so I'm kinda confused, besides where is this All-News Format that was Sooo essential to get rid of the Rock Alternative Format that over 30,000 people in Chicago listened too?

It's definitely not an "Easy Listening" station, but it is easy to listen to; however, with the Chicagoland FM dial lacking in Good Rock Alternative, Rock, and Metal... it is just like some Rich Fool laughing at the rest of us.

In the end "He who has the Gold, Makes the Rules.", and the rest of us who live pay-check-to-pay-check, suffer the most.

Positive: For those 9-5'ers whose bosses only like easy listening in the office, 101.1 FM is now more than likely acceptable, and probably a note better than an actual 'Easy Listening' station.

Negative: No Q101 Alternative Rock!

What more can I say than what the Title brings to the page?

Amy Winehouse is dead, sad and horrible; but not altogether shocking with the type of lifestyle she led, and although there is no answer to the cause of her death, she leaves behind some really good music and many crazy antics throughout her troubled career.

There is deep sadness that is hanging over Norway, and even the World since the Oslo Bombing and the Camp Shootings. The Shooter Anders Behring Breivik, went on a shooting spree for nearly an Hour and a half. Killing originally what was thought to be 85 people, but it seems to be now listed at 92.

The news sources are calling him a 'Right-Wing Christian Extremist', because his Facebook Profile says so, even though Original Reports slated Islamic Terrorists were involved.

What ever reasons this Shooter had to do this awful thing in a Norwegian Kids Camp, and whoever is truly responsible for the Car Bombing in Oslo, all this is going to do is create more manevalance towards Muslims and Christians alike.

Since non-radical Muslims will cry racism and Stereo-typing, and Will want to blame the Christians as a whole. While those who despise Christians will only hear, "Christian" in the news relating to the Shooter and not that he was an Extremist, (and yes folks although we haven't seen a real outward mess of this magnitude of Christian extremism since the Crusades, their are still groups out there that are in the Right-wing Extremist area and not necessarily all Christian, like W.A.S.P., the K.K.K., and the Black Panthers).

This does not mean that any of them are involved and this could even be a False Flag attack by Islamic Extremists, wanting to bring the hatred of the World on their hated religious enemy, that of the Christians.

This wouldn't be the first time in History, some other party, group or person was blamed for something that someone else did, and the World believed it.

Yet that last part about the Islamic's, is yet just speculation, so keep your britches on!

In any case this was a horrible act of killing, horrible because so many innocents died.

And remember that whether it is a CIA agent acting as an Islamic Terrorist, or it is an Islamic Extremist posing as a Christian Extremist, or if it is a Pro-Choicer posing as a Pro-Lifer protester to cause a riot, or a Police officer posing undercover in a non-violent democratic protest, to instigate a fight so to justify their large federally funded budgets. The truth itself is always stranger than fiction, and we will never get the straight story the first go around.

And while all this is happening the naive portions of the population will just keep getting angrier, and assume that their TV Newscaster is telling them the honest truth and some of them will decide to take matters into their own hands based on their limited assumptions, and this will cause even more outcry and more Rights restricting laws will be proposed and probably passed, as if the past 11 years has not proven this, let alone the past 70 here in the United States of America.

And no one in this World seems to understand what the term 'Conspiracy Theory' really means, or even what the true definition of Conspiracy is.

And so on, and so on until we all kill each other off because some idiot had to blow something up or shoot some kids, take down some buildings to start a war to feed the rich and powerful.

It's a shame that not many are left any more, that actually will or even know how to correctly research the background of an incident and the persons involved instead of just following the status quo, which is usually always wrong.

So as the poor Norwegians Suffer today, and the 911 Families and friends still suffer today, and all those who know of or are victims of some heinous criminal act still suffer, nothing at all will really be done except more vengeance and more hate.

Such a vicious circle we all live in today, as we did yesterday.

Many blessings and prayers and tears I send to the Norwegians in this their hour and time of need, as well as to the family and friends of Amy Winehouse.

Angel Beats! [Spoiler Alert]

Did you ever get the feeling you were having Haruhi Flashbacks?

I did, in fact throughout the whole series I kept trying to think that Yuri the leader of SSS (Shinda Sekai Sensen) was Haruhi and that this was the SOS Brigade.

However, despite the glaring similarities, it was definitely yet still very different!

Being that the School kids are dead and living in some sort of Limbo World, many unknowing that they have to accept their death to continue passing on.

There are elements of Gorey Battles, using projectile weapons and swords, and energy weapons, inside a computerized matrix of a World that you can control by memory of something or by a Computer Program called 'Angel Player'.

The spider web of the characters plotlines seemed to mesh well; although the Writers give you perspective and insight into a fraction of the main and supporting characters, with background stories and the like, yet toward the end of the series the seem to rush through it, seemingly dropping the rest of the supporting characters like a hot potato and throw you a small bone, whereas they hint at what happended to the rest of them but you are left feeling put out in the wet cold night.

Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed the series, as it delves into ones inner Soul and the turmoil that many have concerning Life and Death, Love and Friendship; and in this aspect Angel Beats Serves you a 4 course meal.

The concept of helping someone you made friends with to pass-on and watch them disappear before your eyes is disconcerting to say the least, but if you watch the series all the way through, this becomes clear as to why it occurs and why it is necessary.

It has some spectacular fight scenes, good monologue between character, and some of the characters; specifically a few of of them seem to grow on you fairly quick, but it isn't all laughter and clowning around.

There is a lot of sadness to be found in this Anime, and for those who enjoy this one, (you may never admit that at least a few tears dropped), but for me I really enjoyed the concept, play through, and original ending.

The 'Another Epilogue' Episode which comes after Final Episode 13, is only 2 minutes long and seems to set up for a second season, or game, ending with the words [Next Stage].

It seemed to show the main male character Otonashi in a new setting in the Same place, even though we see him meet up with his Love in the Earth World in the last episode.

So what can we expect? Not sure, but with the route taken by the writer both in the series and in the Special: Another Epilogue, it doesn't seem to hard to move into a second season if they want to.

I'd be curious to see what would be in store, with so many avenues open at the end of the first season, and when Isay open, I don't mean you were left hanging, just that they have the maneuverability to bring back some characters, and even flash back to the new sets of lives lived.

EDIT (07.21.2011) *There is also an OVA Episode on the DVDs and Blu-Rays, which I found fits in between Episodes 4 and 5.

If you like Boys and Girls with Guns, in a super-natural setting, with the addition of good script and art style, as well as a tear-jerker for some, then definitely get your hands on this one, for It is Almost-Epic.

While we are all having fun Drinking, Bar-B-Que'ing, Hanging out with Family, Friends, or just by Ourselves. We should remember that this day celebrates more than just simple pleasures, and Corporate advertising and marketing schemes.

Today we as U.S. Americans celebrate our Independence from King George III, Great Britain, Monarchical Rule, European Banksters, Corrupt Elite, and Censorship of Voice, Religion, and Person.

Although it seems we have seemingly gotten ourselves back into an old rut, We must still remember what our Country's Fore-Fathers did for us with their own Sweat, Blood, and Tears, and remember why they did it.

They fought for our Independence so that 'We' the People could have Life free from the chains of Slavery and Control, Liberty free from Restriction and Censorship, and the option to pursue our own Happiness if we deem it so.

We light off Fireworks in nearly every city of the United States of America on this day, because it represents the Bombs bursting in air as we battled and fought the English across all the Colonies and at Sea, and with our Winning of the War of Independence (Colonial Rebellion), these Fireworks became a symbol of not only our Strength, and Success, but a reminder of all those that died in the process of getting us here.

We also in modern times give thanks to our Veterans and Active Duty Service Men and Women, because they take an oath to uphold our Constitution and the defense of this Nation against all enemies within and without, to protect our sacred Liberties from those who wish to entrench upon them.

So as we celebrate, It would do for us to remember all these things while we have a merry and jolly ol' time, because if it wasn't for what our Fore-Fathers did, 'We' would not have the freedoms that we do so enjoy.

We already have CNN radio on 92.5/7/&9 through 3/4 of the day besides NPRs 91.5 here in Chicago.

The deal is worth between $110 Million and $130 Million and Q101, 97.9 WLUP in Chicago are part of the Deal, (101.9 WRXP New York).

So a Dirty Businessman, (Randy Michaels), gets to have his way with Chicago once again? Well just proves that if you're [Too Big To Fail] in America, you probably are; at least he is not getting Tax Payer monies being called 'Government Bailouts', (...as far as we know).

"Losers in this: Emo kids and the other 27 people that listen to Q101." Is that so Justin Kaufmann? 27?

Yeah, maybe at least 27,000, and forget what's left of the dwindling EMO crowd, I think Gen X'ers are going to B***h and Moan about this since Q101 finally came back to its roots and started playing real Alternative, Grunge and Korn again. In fact the only Station in Chicagoland that plays any Decent modern Rock, Alternative and Korn!

(Leave it to the very Rich to mess up a good thing, and prove yet once again that it is all about profit and not about the consumer who appreciates what your getting rid of... Z95? 94.7 The Zone? Energy 92.7 &5 where did you go??? Ohh... Clear Channel Comm. ring any Bells, anyone... ANYONE???)

2 Asian Films

I happened to watch two films this past evening; one was called ‘Samurai Avenger: The Blind Wolf’ and the Other ‘The Japanese Wife’.

For those in the know, yes it is an odd assortment to have watched both in the same evening, yet it is as it is.
Samurai Avenger: The Blind Wolf, I knew from the start was probably going to be like watching one of those B-Level films many of us used to watch on Saturday mornings in the 80’s and 90’s.
After reading its plot and seeing the trailer, which did not help its cause much… although I still ventured to see it.

Although this is a Japanese produced film, the dialogue is largely and mostly spoken in English, (which should make those subtitle-haters out there happy), although there is some minimal Japanese dialogue, which is subtitled for the English speaking viewer.

There seems to be an attempt at comedic humor at certain intervals of the film, though I wasn’t sure if it was meant to be Dark humor or Genuine. However the attempt at humor was just as well received as the staggering plot line which was consistently interrupted by and unknown Characters voice to explain something that just happened in scene, some of these seemed almost condescending, though not by design I’m sure.

The many flashbacks that anchor the last ¾ of the film aren’t as bad though just like the off-par explanations, seemed a bit too out of place and invariably disturbed the story-line. That said the storyline could have been filmed in a bit of a different order to allow for such things, but that was not the case.

This is a film about a Japanese man whose Wife and Daughter while camping we’re lead to believe, are murdered before him and he is forced to gouge his eyes out. The ‘Blind’ man takes the time while the culprit is in jail to hone his skills as a samurai, to exact vengeance at some future point in time.

It was almost as gory as ‘Kill Bill’, with a bit more skin than expected even from this type of film. The dialogue was better than most of this kind, though a bit dry and a bit left to be desired. The ending wasn’t as bad as I expected but could have been better.

You are never quite sure if you are in Japan, Australia, or some American Territory, or else-where, because the scenery and buildings are a mix or hodge-podge of a cultural identity clash. And you’re not sure if this is some kind of Post-apocalyptic environment or they are just in some remote outskirts somewhere.

Though, one saving feature of this film may be its selection of very pretty and good looking actresses, and one or two of the actors actually seem to know how to use a Katana properly, but don’t expect much if you appreciate the sword forms in any of the martial arts, and these may be a stretch at that.

The film has a mixture of American ‘Old-West’ style with Japanese Samurai Bushido, mixed with revenge, some campy lines and B-grade effects at best.

Although I got into watching strange and random Asian flicks via some friends I used to hang out with many years back who found them amusing because of their crudeness and irrelevance to any realism or steady plot. I came to appreciate them for amusement as well and occasionally come across some strange ones for sure.

Although this is not the strangest, it is definitely different and I will only suggest you see this if you are willing to be amused and not easily offended by the mixing of ideologies, philosophies and the martial way, as well as by the indifferent approach to carnal gore, zombies, and sudden C-sections.

Yet after that film was said and done, I decided I wanted a change of pace and turned on ‘The Japanese Wife’, this was produced via Bollywood of India, though in partnership with the Japanese film industry.
This was spectacularly filmed, with great actors and actresses, the dialogue was excellent and the story plot sound and round characters.

I become lost in the story-line, without concern for the Bangla-Japanese-English dialogue; the English Subtitles helped out, but things were for the most part are really self-explanatory.

This film is about a Hindi man and a Japanese woman who become pen-pals and over the course of many years converse through letters and the occasional phone conversation. Eventually get married, and go through all the ups and downs of a friendship, a relationship, the distance of separation, temptation, the highs and lows of Love, battling limited funds and ailing family members, as well as cultural prejudices.

It is a very heartwarming story that I think crosses cultural lines and paints a very sincere picture of what Love can do for two people, even when they are separated by great distance.

The Japanese Wife had elements that were as deep as ‘The Notebook’, but as intense devotion like in the ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’, and as much emotion as in ‘Across the Universe’.

I was thoroughly moved by this film and would definitely suggest this for anyone looking for a romantic film that moves at a decent pace and uses subtle airs in the building of the climax of the story.

I will warn you that the film contains sad parts and that the ending is well designed so that you do not necessarily know the result of the stories climax until it is presented to you.

It is sad a film like this never made shore in American Theaters, it is Hollywood quality and possibly better, and fits in with the softer Romantic storylines that are usually enjoyed here on American Soil.

For this Hindi-Nihon Film if I were to rate it on a scale of 1-10, I’d actually give it a 10, and that is saying something since I am not one in general, for Romantic films.

So if you are looking for something new to view, and you like to be amused by B-Grade Japanese style Western Films; Samurai Avenger: The Blind Wolf should be somewhere on your list, though I will forgive you if it is not at the top.

But if you are looking to woo your girl or have a quiet evening with your husband, or just like Romantic flicks, The Japanese Wife is a definite plus!

New NASA study seems to point blame at U.S. HAARP facility in Alaska for helping cause the Japan Earthquakes that have had such a terrible toll on Japan and surrounding countries around the world.

I and others had noticed from video and photographs taken just before the Major Earthquake that hit Fukushima a few months back, that there were strange atmospheric anomalies occurring around volcanoes and other areas of Japan, that looked similar to anomalies you'd get from a Manufactured heating of the atmosphere, which currently can only be done, (per accepted knowledge), by facilities geared toward that end, such as the HAARP facility in Alaska, and the one in Norway.

HAARP, (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), its creation was in part handled by a Dr. Bernard Eastlund, U.S. Patent 4,686,605. The program is slated for the enhanced understanding of the physical and electrical properties of the Earth's Ionosphere.

However it is becoming a little clearer that simple scientific study is not all that is going on, but the best we can do for now is ask for accountability and keep doing research into this.

Japan isn't the only ones being effected by HAARP, artificially created heat wave in Canada/U.S. on June 7th, was done by HAARP punching a hole in the Ionosphere allowing the Suns radiation to pass freely into our atmosphere allowing it to heat up.

Besides the "Buzz" on the Net about the possibility Icelands issues may have more than just a natural source.

It is also possible this is a tourniquet move by the rich and powerful of the world to control certain assets and thereby using "Eco-Terrorism" as there gauntlet.

But whatever the case may be, at least we have an Official source looking into this matter, and hopefully all the eyes in the World will be turning toward their Governments and request full disclosure.

There is a saying that spans cultures and quite possibly Time itself.

"If you perpetuate a single lie long enough, eventually you and those around you will come to believe it...", more or less.

Yet the twisted genius of this is that you don't even have to tell a lie, you may just misdirect attention so that a true fact becomes the whole fact; simply by not mentioning, or avoiding other true facts that are inherent to the original fact.

This is what has been happening for generations, and today has happened yet again.

Sadly, half of you reading this will get the point but miss the underlying message behind this, and half of that will miss the point all together, while the remainder has no idea what any of this means, at all.

New 7.4 Earthquake Japan!!!

My prayers go out to the Japanese people, having now to suffer through another Earthquake registering 7.4 on the Richter scale.

This one is again off the coast of Sendai, (41 Miles off the coast to be exact), the same area with the troubled Fukushima reactor.

A tsunami warning has been issued for Japan, but no threat is detected for the U.S. West-coast, Hawaii, Canada, and Alaska.

May the Japanese suffer no more of these trials and sufferings, and may they have the tenacity and strength to further weather these events.

Honor and Duty over Life...

So being one who has worked in the field of Emergency Management, I understand the necessity to save lives, as well as keep myself alive, so that I may continue to save lives.

It is almost a oxymoron, to rush into danger, to save lives when you yourself may in fact lose your life in the process.

Yet it seems to be an almost Universal ideology amongst all emergency workers, to do what they can to stay safe themselves, while dashing headlong into danger to save others.

A very heartwarming and yet very sad story occurred in Japan; where a Japanese Fire Fighter Fujio Koshita, rushed to his seaside station to warn the population of the impending Tsunami. The Electric was out, so He grabbed their hand held bell used for just such situations, and climbed to the roof of his Fire Station, and rang the bell until the Tsunami hit and took his life.

And this isn't the only act of heroism, just one amongst many...

There are still thousands of people homeless and without good food, times for them are obviously harsh and challenging, especially now that high radiation levels are being registered in their fish and sea water.

These stories of valiant behavior are good to have so that those that are in dire need of help have some Hope to uplift their downtrodden spirits.

Donate to Japanese victims by Watching Video!!!

So as I perused www.animenewsnetworks.com, I ended up at Shonen Jump Magazine and came across this article; which explains that the creators of Dragon Ball and Mr. Slump have setup a fund that get donations for every-time someone watches the Japanese version of their Youtube video:

So far Americans have donated the sum of around $87 Million since the Crisis in Japan, but according to CNN and Philanthropy.com donations are low compared to other crises such as the Asian Tsunami, Sept. 11th 2001, Hurrican Katrina and Haiti Earthquake.

TSA - Radiation - Congress Investigating!

So those Body Scanners the TSA has touted as safe 'till they were blue in the face, are in fact unsafe and unhealthy as first thought.

Radiation levels have been found to be ten times that of what the TSA originally had been stating they were.

he House Government Affairs Committee is now holding hearings this week on the Scanners themselves.

It has already been proven multiple times that they are ineffective at preventing people from smuggling something aboard a plane.

Body scanners are also a violation of an individuals right to privacy, since the image they look at of you is an inverted image, and therefore shows you naked.

To make matters worse, many TSA facilities have been caught storing the images of people, instead of deleting them after the scan.

So if you dislike these instruments of cancer and their privacy violating functions, please show your support and ask Congress to Ban them.

I'd rather deal with a pat down, than have somebody look at naked images of me and be dosed with ten times the normal radiation amounts.

Things only seem to be getting worse for our friends over in Japan. With more fires and Hydrogen explosions at Fukushima Plant and Oganawa Plant... Radiation increases and direct danger to Human, Livestock, and Plant life; this may in fact become greater; or worse than the Kanto Plain Quake of 1923, not because of magnitude of Earth Quake, but due to levels of increasing radiation as a result of the Earth Quake.

What makes things worse, is those that survived the Quake, but are homeless because of it, now have to face Wintry winds and storms. Temperatures in Northern Japan around Sendai, (Fukushima Reactor), are usually in the upper 40's during the day, but fall to the lower 30's at night; similar temps you will find in Chicago between February and March.

This may cause a terrible outcome for those left outside, especially for those that are older, and those that are in fragile health. I can only hope that enough facilities are available and they can get enough warmth to not only the Quake refugees, but those in Japan who will be experiencing the rolling blackouts caused by the lack of energy, normally supplied by their Nuclear Power Plants; two of which are mostly if not fully down.

Because of the current Wind/Weather Patterns, Eastern and Southern Japan are at risk of higher radiation doses, from the North-Eastern area where the troubled reactors exist, than anywhere else in the world at the moment. Currently most of the radioactivity will blow out to the south Pacific, but doesn't fix the fact that many are dead and even more are still missing.

Here in the U.S. we have no need to worry about radiation from Japan just yet, however if the Reactors continue to leak and the wind changes toward our direction then we may get hit a little.

It'll be more worrisome for those on the West coast of the U.S. and Canada than in other places, however, it all depends on the weather at the time and if the radioactivity stays in the upper atmosphere or is pushed down towards the ground.

At the moment we are safe here in the Mid-West U.S., yet those on the west coasts of North America may want to go an buy a bottle of over the-counter Thyroid supplement at places like GNC. This contains iodine which is supposed to when taken help prevent harmful Radiation from inserting itself into our bodies in any extreme manner as well as a way of protecting your Thyroid from the Radiation as well.

Obviously there are no sure fire ways of protection, even if you have a Radiation Suit, however O-T-C Thyroid supplements are probably the cheapest effective way to protect yourself.

In Japan people are wearing masks; this is a fairly normal occurrence over there, especially if someone is sick, (they wear them in this instance to prevent others around them from getting sick; signs of a respectful and common sense laden society), however many more are now wearing them to prevent radiation from being breathed in.

I personally do not see how a cloth mask will prevent radiation from irradiating your body, since the particles can pass through stone, dirt, clothes, skin, bone, etc. Any one who has taken a science class should have at least that knowledge, yet it may be possible to block heavier particles from entering your lungs directly... but without research into this, it sounds more like a false security blanket being force-fed to the people in Japan and the News Reporters to make everyone feel better or safer.

The only effective means I know of from my EMA experience, is a gas mask rated for radiation exposure.

In any case, my heart goes out to those in Japan, and I hope this incident wraps up sooner than later for their sakes, as well as the rest of the World.

On Friday March 11th [Central Standard Time], between a 8.9 and 9.1 Magnitude Earth quake struck about 81 miles off the coast of Japan. Near the northern city of Sendai in the region of Tohoku.

5 nuclear reactors were affected by this earthquake, one had been so affected, (Cooling system was compromised on Friday), that they evacuated the surrounding area by the Fukushima Reactor, which subsequently had its reactor cover blown today, (Saturday, but thankfully unlike the Chernobyl incident in Russia many years back, the core was not exposed and the cores container was still intact.)

Radiation levels reached 1000 times normal outside the Fukushima Reactor, the amount one person can receive in 1 year normally.

This is being rated a 4 out of 7 on the International Nuclear Event Scale; INES. Chernobyl in Russia was a 7, Three Mile Island in the U.S. was a 4. Although before this is all said and done, could be a 5 depending on how the situation plays out and what the International Atomic Energy Agency ends up reporting.

Over a 1700 Japanese Citizens are missing, with 564 confirmed dead and more presumed. This will probably rank among the worst in Japanese history but not as bad as the one that hit Japan in 1923 in the Kanto Plain, or the one that caused widespread damage to Kobe, Japan in 1995.

The resulting Tsunami damaged a good portion of the North-Eastern Coast of Japan, and even resulted in a U.S. Man being swept out to Sea in California, (Search by U.S. Navy has been called off, Man considered dead), Boats in Oregon were sunk, and flooding damage occurred in Hawaii.

Over 200,000 Japanese Citizens are homeless and living in tents and other places provided by the local Emergency Services. Power will more than likely be spotted for the areas surrounding the affected area, since Fukushima is essentially down, and the other four will be going through repairs. Tokyo Electric Power Company; TEPCO, is calling for Electric blackouts and asking Japanese Citizens to conserve what they can.

Knowing Japanese People; they will handle this like a well oiled machine being run by Swiss clockworks. However, they are still Human and as people like us, will be dealing with pain and suffering, loss, hunger, sadness, grief, and will be clinging to hope.

What we; you my readers and myself must remember is; just because this is a World away, does not mean we are not responsible for helping, or making people aware.

The World came to our rescue during Hurricane Katrina with food supplies and housing. The American people and its companies also helped out in a similar fashion, in fact Chicagoland were I live, we took in the most refugees during that incident, and got people back on their feet.

Remember the Tsunami that affected the whole of the Indian ocean and left Millions homeless and thousands dead? Many Americans took part to help out the victims of that major disaster as well.

So how can we easily help those affected in Japan?

Don't Do It! Don't embed or link that Youtube Video!

Have you ever embedded or linked a Youtube video on your Facebook, Myspace, Blog, Website or in your E-mail?

I know I have, who wouldn't, the source and or host data is there and unless otherwise specified is perfectly legal to embed or link to.

Current laws of internet usage allow for people to link to or use provided embed code to view or listen to items available on a Host servers, like Youtube, Vevo or whatever.

the DEPT of Immigration; ICE, (and what immigration has to do with copyright infringement is beyond me), arrested and seized owners of a bunch of websites, that did not host any content whatsoever, but linked to other host sites and or used provided Embed code to places like Youtube and the like as a free service to give aggregated content to their viewers.

It is the same thing as me posting a link or provided embed code on my website giving access to another website and its information, so that my viewers know that the content is related to the site itself or to the article of concern.

There is nothing illegal about this in current U.S. Internet Law, and it seems highly suspicious that a U.S. Government Agency; especially that of Immigration would be attacking U.S. Citizens with trumped up charges of aiding and abetting site viewers, as well as hosting content, and also sharing illegally content from other sites, when nothing of the sort is being done.

ICE is stating that direct permission of content holders is required, when it is not, if it is provided free of charge by said content providers, (just like how Youtube has an embed function which can be turned off to prevent embedding, but if it is left on it falls under Creative Common Licenses for free distribution without personal profit and or gain.)

By extension ICE is also implying future implications if this case goes in favor of ICE, that by saving, (Favoriting), a link in your browser. Which is the saving of code to view or review a website and or its content just like a website with a links page giving you access to other websites which offer their own content. Will be illegal, as will be the linking or embedding of content such as hosted videos, music, etc. in your email to other people.

Does this make sense to anyone who reads my articles? Am I right in my confusion over this case and situation, or am I just confused about the situation?

The first thing we need to ask ourselves is:
1) Why is ICE a section of the Department of Immigration which handles... well... Immigration issues. Handling a possible copyright infringement and illegal distribution case?

The second thing we should ask ourselves is:
2) How is freely shared web-content such as videos, music, articles, and otherwise, (except those that require payment, that are illegal such as pirating, or a previously stated disclaimer for copyright claim and owner permissions), constitute aiding and abetting as well as illegal distribution charges when nothing was hosted on the sites in question; just linked or used provided embed code from the host sites?

The third thing we should ask ourselves is:
3) How will this effect Artists, Companies, and people in general who require the free distribution of their material for advertisement and or popularity purposes if no one will be allowed to distribute their content? (i.e. People embedding my music from my Soundcloud account to their Facebook or email or the like; Does that mean I and others will have to suffer because we do not want to be apart of Big Music and pay them 3/4 of our profits just to get our names out there? Or Small businesses that survive on people distributing their name and link across the internet, saving them tons of money in the long run in costly advertisement?)

The last thing we should question is:
4) If this case wins on the side of the Government, how will this effect the Internet, Email, Social Networking as we know it? (In my opinion by what I currently see this will inevitably kill the Internet as we know it.)

So don't embed or link anything otherwise you could be next on the Governments rights infringing hit-list.

Happy New Year!!! It's March 1st! What??

So if you ever looked at the calendar and have seen the months SEPTEMber, NOVEMber, OCTOber, and DECEMber; did you ever wonder why the months where labelled #'s 7-10?

Well I did, and the answer was almost as confusing as the research into it;

In short our last four months use the Latin Number system:
Septem=7
Octo=8
Novem=9
Decem=10 (pronounced Deck-em)

Now I will make it easy for my readers to understand the basics behind December being the 10th month.

This is because before the switch to the Julian Calendar System, prior to the Gregorian System we now use, the Romans started their year in the Month of March, but after the switch to the Julian System, the year beginning was pushed back 2 months- so starting it on Jan, 1st instead of March 1st. Hence making the 7th month the 9th and so on.

Did you know? July & August were also Number named months,(#5 & 6 in Latin), but were subsequently renamed after two Romans, Julius Ceaser, for July and /Julius Ceasar Agustus for August.

So if you are so inclined and you like to party, herer is another excuse to do so!

The Disappearance of Suzumya Haruhi

So I finished watching what will more than likely be the end of the Haruhi Suzumya Anime Series and Manga.

1. the Melancholy of...
2. the Sigh of...
3. the Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumya

The first two Manga books were made into 2 seasons; the 2nd season actually backtracking a couple of episodes into the 1st.
The 3rd Manga book was turned into a 2 1/2 hour movie.

The 'Disappearance, makes up for all the chicanery of the first two seasons, and the mental anguish and mind-numbing repetition of the 'Sigh of...' from the 2nd.

It was definitely the most interesting and unique storyline I have yet to encounter, and will probably never be defeated in its omnipresent faculties, as such would be if Haruhi were actually real.

And after all the average humdrum, with filtered in explosive psychotic episodes of reality bending and mind breaking occurrences.
Where you actually believe the story has no real objective, and you begin to wonder if venturing into this substantial Universe was actually the sane thing to do.

You come to realize in the end, that you had actually been learning the whole time, and all the scattered and haphazard pieces actually start to come together and make some sort of caustic yet well defined sense.

I have been tied up in this series for a long time since there was a near 4 year break between Season 1 and Season 2 and the the subsequent movie release a year after that.

Yes I could have just read the Manga, but that'd have been to easy; I have a rule of thumb, if I start an Anime, I finish it without question and then if I so desire turn to the Manga, and that holds mostly true when it comes to starting with the Manga first, though some exceptions hold.

This is probably the best emotional roller-coaster ride, runner up to Eureka Seven: Psalm of Planets, which still holds the No.1 one place for my most extreme and Epic animation series ever watched!

*With CLANNAD runner up and Haruhi falling in somewhere between 2nd and 3rd, but the film definitely pulls in for a tie*

If any of you are into Manga or Anime at all, Haruhi Suzumya is definitely one to check out, and get lost in... even if just for a bit, but even if you hate it in the beginning, (the situations encountered rather than the actually Anime itself), by the end you actually miss it... and don't want it to finish.

But then I have always had a strong appreciation for fantasy and fiction.

...As well as Transfer Students, Time Travelers, Espers, Sliders, Aliens, and all other sorts of the weird and unusual.

In the end I am deeply... possibly, profoundly impressed by the dedication of the animators and script writers for the effort put into this last book. for an Anime to goto film after at least one successful season, and then spend more than an hour/hour and a half on it is incredible. but to go 2 and a half hours plus keeping the storyline straight, no significant plot holes that I could find, and keep it entirely interesting the whole way through, is just spectacular!!!

My attention didn't actually waver for once, even though I have seen many Anime's that I really really enjoyed, this film just kept me glued 'till the very last credit... oh and yes they have a few more scenes right after the credits.

However I suggest watching the credits for the haunting song sung without music... it fits the entire mood of the film, from the lyrics to the tune.

So @ 0605 Hours CST time, I come to find Jintao Hu, the Chinese President came into Chicago last night; and a lavish dinner was held in his honor, more than likely at Chicagoan's exspense, if not Illinoan.

He is here for some sort of Economic ties talks between Chicago and China, and also to congratulate Mayor Daley on being the most, "Senior Mayor in America", this coming 7 years after Mayor Daley's visit to China for similar reasons.

So in the scheme of things, those of us who enjoy a high class beer, will ultimately endeavor to get a few free sips in whenever we can.

Just so happens, today was one of those days, with a lot of free Hops, IPA's, Burnt and Barley Ales to go around, with a little bit of Belgian style dashed in for good measure.

Malloy's of Lisle, IL, (Also in Naperville, IL and Glen Ellyn, IL) definitely outdid themselves this time around with a Great Beer tasting this afternoon. (Malloy's however loses points for lacking an option on their site to browse there Beer collection.)

With 5 tables and more than 10 Breweries represented, it was a spectacular taste extravaganza!

The first table I tried had the Cider Beers, which I have always had a slight liking to, but I had only found the best to be Hornsby's; but Hornsby's was although good a bit strong, so finding the Woodchuck, a brand otherwise brewed by Green Mountain Cidery; I tried their 'Limited Release' Winter Ale, which was a light apple cider with all the kick of a well made Beer. It was pleasant to taste, (not heavy or strong like many of the others), and going down it held no surprises; with it tasting very much like a smooth Apple juice with a hint of oak. I personally think I have found my new Hard Cider of Choice.
Definitely something to try if you have never had a Hard Cider before or if you like fruity beers, and for a good review read here.

Next table held Shiner Brewery's finest, but the one I was most interested in after tasting was their Bohemian Black Lager (Schwarzbier), it has between 4.7 and 5.0% Alchol per Volume, but is a collection of roasted malts and hops, adding to the wonderful entourage of "Burnt Biers" that I and my Beer fellows enjoy so much. It was a smooth Roasted beer that went down well and would go well with probably a hickory smoked steak or a good steak in general. It is a Shiner, Texas Based Local Brewery that has been serving the U.S. since 1909, and they only brew in Shiner, TX so if you do happen to like there beers you know that there will not be any degradation in their brewing process and that you will only receive the finest that they can brew. Bohemian Black comes in at a low 4.9% Alc/Vol, and could even be considered a Light Roasted Lager, and if you are into Roasted Beers, It would be a great filler or to even throw back a bunch without having to worry about which way is up. Ratebeer.com has it at a pretty low average rating of 2.98 out of 5.0, with a score currently of 45, this I find to be a surprise, but Roasted beers are for select pallets anyway.

The third table was a cross selection of Fine Belgian Champagne beers and a few other fine brewery's, but what I came away with that was of great taste where the Hops based Beers; the first I enjoyed was a Winter Solstice Seasonal Ale by Anderson Valley Brewing out of Mendocino California. It was everything I expected from a fine Hops crazy Beer, Not as strong as the tasty Lagunitas Hop Stuupid, (a 4.17 rating out of 5; A-, from Beeradvocate.com), or As amazing as Stone Brewing Co.'s Arrogant Bastard, (a 3.92 out of 5 rating with a 99 score), but will definitely please your pallet with its medium Hops taste and smooth overall tones. Winter Solstice comes in at a middle-high 6.9% Alc/Vol but will not get you so terribly drunk that you are too wasted to enjoy anything else. Ratebeer.com has it at a well to do rating of 3.46 out of 5.0, with a score currently of 91, this rating fits my perception of the beer for sure, and should be of no surprise for a fine quality as it is.

I did not walk away with it but I did yet enjoy the fine and smooth quality of this one Bourbon Beer called Brothers' Reserve Barrel Aged Brrrbon by Widmer Brothers,(They took their winter seasonal 'Brrr' and aged it in single use Kentucky bourbon barrels); I am not a huge Bourbon fan, even though I do enjoy a good Scotch, Whiskey or Rum. Yet this Bourbon beer mix is such a compliment and with its slight vanilla and its heavy oak barrel tones it definitely is drinkable and quite tasty. At first smell it was all Bourbon, but upon tasting it was so very much more and the Bourbon is a light compliment to everything else in the beer. Ratebeer.com has it at a great rating of 3.49 out of 5.0, with a score currently of 93, So if your in the line for a Bourbon toned beer coming in at a high 9.4% Alc/Vol, this one is great because it is a harmony of tastes and not displeasing at all.

I also took a try at some Belgian Champagne Beer, there where two, (Brouwerij Bosteels & Brouwerij de Landtsheer both utilize parts of the "méthode Champenoise" used by Champagne producers in France.), but the One that I enjoyed and well remember was by Brouwerij Bosteels and it was their Deus Brut des Flandres; a little odd at first, trying a 'Real' Champagne of Beer , (not a High Life definitely), but by the second taste it was definitely something you could pass off as Champagne to the unwise and was very tasty, so if your willing to spend around $30.00 it will be a good toasting beer that will liven up most any party!

The next one that caught my eye was Old Horizontal (Barleywine Style Ale) by Victory Brewery out of Downington Pennsylvania; which is by the way their only Brewing location.
I generally am not to big a fan of barley ale's, but occasionally I come across one that really jumps out and grabs hold like this one. It has a fruitier tone than Hops drinkers are used to, with possibly either coriander and or cloves involved in the process but it was well liked by me and gets a high rating in my book for a Barley based ale. Old Horizontal comes in at a heavy 11% Alc/Vol and will be the highlight at almost any party for the refined Beer drinker for sure. Ratebeer.com has it at an amazing rating of 4.02 out of 5.0, with a score currently of 100, this is no doubt a fine and taste defining beer, and also should be of no surprise for a fine quality as it is.

The 5th table was Wine, and looked to be very respectable wine as well, but I do not like to mix beer's and wine, so sadly I did not make an attempt this time.

Now I will mention 2 beers that were not available at Malloy's for tasting but deserve a notable mention anyway.

They come from Two Brothers Brewery out of Warrenville, IL; the first I ever tried and is my favorite to this day is Cane & Ebel; and as they say 'it is so good you should give it a whack!' Sacrilege, yes I know, but if this is what Sacrilege tastes like then so be it! Ratebeer.com has it at a great 3.63 out of 5 with a score of 96, and I believe that with 7% Alc/Vol this Red Rye beer really quenches your taste buds!

The next is also from Two Brothers, and is at the lower end of the high rating scale at 3.22 out of 5 with a score of 73 on Ratebeer.com, the Bitter End is a great IPA and is full of different malts and hops that makes a very clean and tasty brew!

So if you are in the market for some new beers take a stab at these, for at least one of these I am sure will stand to please!

Well 4Chan had done it again, except this time on a massive and unprecedented scale, even for them.

It really is amazing how many idiotic persons inhabit this world to pull off and support an internet campaign such as turning their own creation of the Rage/Race Guy, into a racist element just so they could keep it for themselves. Attacking Hot Topic for selling popular culture, that is like attacking the military for using weapons, or Zoos for holding animals, or peanut and butter sandwiches for having peanut butter on them; it is indeed ludicrous!

[It is no wonder the World Elitists want to destroy everyone but themselves, but that is a misnomer; what they really are after is....]

So I left a post about it on Facebook where I normally keep to myself and stay away from such behavior; but this time around I actually decided I needed to defend the Corporation over some scrupulous individuals, who retained no copyright, and have yet to produce one. Because the element here is not about stealing, it is about arrogance and that arrogance's desire to retain control over something that is popular to them and not let anyone else have it, in a most selfish way possible. Hot Topics only real crime is charging too much for many items they sell, other than that they had every right to take a popular iconic figure and turn it into a profit. There was no copyright so it is free game according to current laws.

[Hot Topic was just doing its part as it always does, selling popular culture. The fact that they happened upon 4chan popular culture was only natural for the Company. Though they may not have known that some of the biggest bigots, racists, and leud personalities inhabit the 4chan culture, more than many people know, (this is not to say all of them are, just a good cross section).
If anyone has ever stepped foot into 4chan and seen or participated in almost any conversation, many of those turn out to be 'flame' sessions, where every possible derogatory name and comment can possible be fit within a sentence or paragraph is. So it is no surprise to me and many others that members of the 4chan community would take such an extreme measure to associate one of there creations with racism, just so that they could keep it for themselves, even if it pollutes the original image forever in the minds of the rest of the masses.
the 'fffuuuuuuu' character was just an expression of the most blatant raw emotion for use in any situation calling for blatant raw emotion. That at least is my opinion of it, from the many cartoons and statements i had seen on 4chan in the years past. This just proves what we already new about a sub-section of 4chan culture, that there is an arrogant sub-class that only feeds on elevating their personal rants and raves to the level of "gods', and that any use of their particular language/art/sub-culture by the uninitiated and unaccepted is to them a most vile attack on their person; as we have seen by their unwarranted albeit ludicrous attack on Hot Topic.

I want to thank Hot Topic, for continuing on in the Free Market Principle; to make money off of things that are considered popular, and for being a bastion for things that we would have a hard time finding in any other way in many places.

It is just sad that a few had to make it ugly for the rest of us.
If it were just a matter of copyright infringement, than that is what should have been brought to the table, not that "devious" attack on an industry that mainly profits from popular and iconic items.

Veterans Day 2010

So this post comes late this day because I have been working all day and this is the first I have been able to look at my Computer.

Today, the 11th of November, 2010; is Veterans Day here in the United States of America.

It is were we Honor and celebrate all those who have served and defended our country in Peacetime and in War.

Some Vets this year expressed how they were the reluctant soldier, while others volunteered for service, but they were all happy to have defended our Country, and many were surprised at the turn outs and the love shared by their fellow Americans this day.

I have been a supporter of our service Men and Women since I was a kid; I have not always agreed with the police actions, battles, skirmishes and wars we have and are involved in; but that I believe should never undermine the service and selfless actions of those who defend our Country.

My Grandfather on my Moms Side served in the Air Force as a SF during the Korean War, My 2 Great Uncles on my Mother's side also served, between the Korean War and the Viet-Nam Conflict; One was a Paratrooper in the Army and other was a Marine.

My Grandfather on my Father's side was too young for WWII and my Father's draft card never was called during the Viet-Nam Conflict.

My Step-Father Served in the Marines during the late 70's and early 80's on the Flight deck of an Aircraft carrier.

I tried to get into the Air National Guard when I was 17 going on 18, but there was no major war and I got a very nice refusal letter, (which I still have), from some Lt. Col stating how they appreciated my enthusiasm, but I was too young.

I tried for the Air Force when I was 18, but right before I was allowed to sign my life away to Uncle Sam, the Air Force Doctors denied me because of my past health issues with Asthma, which had not caused me any serious issues since Feb. 9th of 1991.

Sept. 10th, 2001, I went to bed having mostly convinced myself to sign up for the Air Force again, but after I awoke on the 11th, I wasn't to keen on fighting a land war in Asia. Besides I had a good job at the time and I was supporting Service Men and Women in other ways and I figured I would continue to do so.

My brother serves in the U.S. Army now, He is in post training for his job, and he is a couple months out of Boot Camp; he went right in after High School Graduation.

I and my family are very proud of him and the other Family members who have served.

I am also very proud of all those who have served this great Country, from the Colonial Wars with Britain through the Conflicts of today.

So if you do anything today, or even at any point in the future, Thank a Soldier, Thank a Veteran, Thank them for their selfless act of putting their life on the line for our Freedoms.

Buy them a drink, help out at a your local VFW, visit interned Vet's at your local VA, They have done the dirty work so we can enjoy the things that we do everyday.

I was out on Oct. 6th with a family member and a friend, and I saw a Marine, he is a regular at the place we went to and has served for 5 years so far.

So I went up to him and thanked him for serving our country and I and my friend each bought him a drink. He in turn thanked us for being so gracious and supportive.

Now just buying a drink isn't enough, but to receive a Thank You when there are still so many who spit on the Soldiers and curse them for their service, means a lot to many of them.

So thank you everyone who have and do serve to protect the way of life we have here in the United States of America!

Missle Launch? off the Coast of California!

The Infallible Military leaders might as well just say;

‘Swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and refracted the light from Venus.’

Initial reports from this morning, stated that it might have been a Missile launch off the coast of California Monday Evening, although NORAD, the Pentagon and other Officials remained relatively quiet on what it was, except that they did not pick up any such launch on their systems. (Making a mention of Tomahawk missiles and how the vapor trail of the mystery is too large, failing in this report to highlight that ICBM Trident Missiles have a similar Vapor trail to what we see in the video).

As of sometime after 12pm today, (11/10/2010), Officials are stating it is an airliner and not a missile; however this line seems to be coming only from top military and government officials, while everyone else is concerned that that is not necessarily the case.

The one thing I have yet to see or hear anyone relate to us is, showing the many videos of ICBM missile launches to compare the Vapor trails and or recounting any previous reports of vapor trails such that resemble this current one, if it is really an Airplane or Airliner Vapor Contrail.

The question is begged, if this is an Airplane, this event would be common for planes coming into and out of LAX and would happen on a regular basis, (or for any airport in the U.S. for that matter). Is this a common event? And if so why would seasoned news reporters report it as an unknown factor, assuming that it could be a missile?

I have watched many a plane fly overhead, take off and land at airports; I live by two major airports, both of which are near a large body of water, (O’Hare Int’l Airport and Midway Airport, both near Lake Michigan), and during parts of the year the Chicago, IL area has similar conditions that would be found by L.A., and I have yet to see any vapor contrails look like the one in the Nov. 8 2010 L.A. video below:

"It could be a test-firing of an intercontinental ballistic missile from a submarine … to demonstrate, mainly to Asia, that we can do that," speculated Ellsworth.

Ellsworth said such tests were carried out in the Atlantic to demonstrate America's power to the Soviets, when there was a Soviet Union, but he doesn't believe an ICBM has previously been tested by the U.S. over the Pacific.”

There is a new notice for Nov 15th-16th 2010, with similar warnings as the above noticed.

*Although The date stamp for the original notice don’t seem to match up with the Monday evening ‘launch’, people are reading them as local time and all NOTAM is released in GMT Zulu; which for L.A. would be there Local time -8:00. Of course it is always possible that the report time was modified, and as it can no longer be found in the notices on their website; this gives more credence to a cover-up.*

What is NOTAM, You ask? It is a quasi-acronym for a "Notice To Airmen".

Here is another limited known fact; Submarines and also their missile launches are harder, (though not impossible), to detect during Geomagnetic storms. Their main page article titled "MYSTERY MISSILE" LAUNCH: for Nov. 10 2010, expresses they are an authority on mis-identified contrails, but have fallen in step with the rest of the Bureaucrats and Officials and said that they are unsure what it is.

So a Geomagnetic storm may or may not have had any real effect in the supposed lack of awareness by our Defense Departments.

In the end, if it is an Airplane, I guess we will have to re-evaluate our years of understanding on Vapor trails. If it really is a missile, then we are going to be force served whatever it is they want us to swallow.

But whatever is going on, it suspiciously occurred as President Obama visits asia, (8 days, 4 in China); just like the “coincidence’ that Bombs were found on planes heading for the U.S. right before the Mid-term Elections.

Japan; Some Things never change

We may know Japan for its Anime, Sushi-Sashimi, Geisha's, The Famous or Infamous Rising Sun Flag, But less know about the continuous threat of panty-thieves that has been ongoing for close to a thousand years.

This obsession, mainly by males seems peculiar and a bit aberrant to many Westerners, but the closest representation of it would be the 'Peeping-Tom', though some of you may remember some older college movies that incorporated a mixture of peepin-tom's and panty thievery.

As a reflection of ourselves

Momentous occurrences have and are transpiring, We have just imbued power to new Persons, who promise certain affects to our rule of law, taxes or the lack thereof; our freedoms, rights and also to the delegation of such.

Many more people are said to have gone out in vote this past November the 2nd, than in many years past.

Much to do with frustration, but also contemplation and pride for ones ideals and future within this Great Country of ours.

Now many theories, some fallen to conspiracy have been abound, many for many years as well. However, whether they hold to truth or to false pretenses is up for conjecture, but what is important is that may U.S. Citizens whether, denoting self to one party of the other, or just voting conscience; have made statement that they; We, know that corruption is rampant in many areas of our leadership and governing body and that we were; are trying to effect change by our Right to a non-violent revolution known as a vote.

I am proud of the Many Americans who voted their conscience whether they voted opposite to me or in likeness. For now we have a large number of new individuals of whom will begin this new set and form of Public Service to the Citizens of the United States of America.

Yet we must remind ourselves that we have had many changes in the past to see only the same actions by different faces and names with different party affiliations. With the insidious nature prevalent among some if not many of our Leaders and officials, who speak in serpent tongue to disguise the nature of their true business.

And that only by daily education of ourselves, and persistent policing of our Public Servants may we eventually find a breath of honesty and virtue among those who serve our interests.

Alexander Hamilton wrote specifically about such deprecating events that could harm our Society in the first Federalist Papers, writing;

"A torrent of angry and malignent passions will be let loose. To judge from the conduct of the opposite parties, we shall be led to conclude that they will mutually hope to envice the justness of their opinions, and to increase the number of their converts by the loudness of their declamations and the bitterness of their invectives. An enlightened zeal for the energy and efficiency of government will be stigmatized as the offspring of a temper fond of despotic power and hostile to the principles of liberty.

An over-scrupulous jealousy of danger to the rights of the people, which is more commonly the fault of the head than of the heart, will be represented as mere pretense and artifice, the stale bait for popularity at the expense of the public good.

It will be forgotten, on the one hand, that jealousy is the usual concomitant of love, and that noble enthusiasm of liberty is apt to be infected with a spirit of narrow and illiberal distrust.

This essentially translates into modern English as 'There will be parties and persons who will try and waver your opinion and virtue by inciting and or manipulating emotions and bitterness, by bringing up the passions, beliefs and or prejudices of the Citizenry so to make them riled about their Rights and Liberties; and it is in this way that one can take away those Rights and Liberties more so than doing the same by just trying to incite for or against the stable and efficient function of government.'

These are powerful and well educated words that should be well adhered to every day that we are alive, because Tyranny and Criminals never sleep and that is why no matter our affiliation, we need to be ever vigilant to protect our Life, Liberty, and Eminent Domain.

Soviet Dreariness

This will be a very uncommon thing here at KenjaNoSekkyoudan, but I have encountered a Life Changing scenario that I had not expected, not that we can really foresee such things.
Essentially a promise was broken, a bond was shattered, I had a momentary lapse of reason due to some disagreeable data and an old friendship will probably now be forever forsaken.

THE Greens and Earther's and the Plot to Rule Mankind

Now not every group or person out there is in fact plotting to destroy Mankind, however many blindly follow those that do.

I have been working at formulating a list of many of the Green and Earth First Organizations out their and which ones seem genuine in approach and funding, and which ones have either Corporate or Billionaire Backing.

My List is not complete and will not be seen in this article; But I wanted to make a point of this when I read about something so Enraging that it has taken me nearly a full day after the fact to put it in writing, I saw it HERE on Monday Afternoon, 10/04/10.

It also had a mention on Coast 2 Coast AM's Radio Show with George Norry as Host Monday night and Tuesday morning, 10/04-05/10, by Robert Zimmerman from BehindtheBlack.com, [The mini-film of the press release by a group called 10:10 which is stirring controversy all over the World, even by some Green Groups can be seen at the BehindtheBlack.com link.

The fact is that some of these Green and Earth First Groups Define the same language as those Corporate, Billionaire and World Leaders who openly seek and talk about a 'One World Government and the coming New World Order.

That is, (I am Paraphrasing), 'to seek world depopulation mainly by 'Soft-Kill' Means, to enslave anyone who is not a part of the Elite, (Autocrats, Aristocrats, Plutocrats), and create a two-class system [worker and ruler; Fuedal system]. To criminalize and or kill anyone who disagrees with their beliefs, actions and or methods'.

The problem with this Press release is en-capsulized in this small paragraph, They Portray a few different situations in School classrooms, Public Streets and so on where anyone who disagrees with their version of Environmentalism are killed.
The Kill Adults as well as Children and see nothing wrong with it as you can clearly see in their Mini-movie press release and their "Apology Letter", which the original can be seen on Behindtheblack.com or the 'modified' version at their website here and their apology to the 'Apology Letter' here.

Since the Release of this Mini-Movie Press Release called 'No Pressure'; Many of their Corporate Sponsors and affiliations have subsequently jumped ship in light of 'No Pressure', including Environmental giant 350.org, who had some choice words and reactions over the video and 10:10's use of such;

In any case everyone should know that their are people out there who believe sick and sociopathic methods are at the very least artistic and creative; albeit humorous, and they believe killing children and people is the answer to obtaining their goals.

I believe that they are very wrong in their approach and that this joke is no laughing matter, only those who do not believe in the equality of rights and freedom of thought would have the want and desire to express something so malign in nature.

And yes we actually were in a Cooling period between 1940 and 1979, and although we are warmer than we were then, we are yet still in the cool as it were.

I personally do not believe that the Earth is in dire danger due to warming, since science has shown recently and over recorded time that we are well below the warm period of Medieval times, and that our CO2 count is actually average as Ice Core samples and recorded data have shown. Even though we are warming, it isn't only the Earth; it is every planet in the Solar system currently and it has to do with the Suns Cycle and Sun-spot activity, Solar winds and various other condition related to space.

What the Greens don't tell you is that Warm Earth times produce better and larger crop yields, As what happened in Medieval Times and Roman Times. (Though it is true some plants do not seem to like added CO2, Food Crops have historically done well.), and extra CO2 is the RESULT of warming NOT the CAUSE.

When you really look to the root of the issue, you see that Billionaires and the very rich have been supporting and sponsoring this cause to create taxes to control our daily lives; the Carbon Tax, the Clean Air Tax and so on, (So in the U.S. the Carbon Tax was rewritten so it only includes those things that spew 25,000 p/b like Coal plants and the like, but very rarely do I ever hear or see anyone talk about the fact that like any tax on Big Corporate they always swim down stream to the tax payer; you really think the Corporations are going to foot the tax and keep the rates for tax payers as they are?). This is done so they can control what you consume, because they don't want you consuming their resources.

Yet in the end I do believe that we should curb and eventually eliminate some destructive and unhealthy methods of approach like Oil based Combustion Engines, Natural Gas, and Coal Burning to name a few. But until we can find a reasonable, unlimited and cheap, (quite possible free), source to fuel and propel ourselves into the future, we will be stuck with what we have.

Though Conserving is still very important;

Folly and Naïvety

Yes, yes I am angry; I am quite incensed about it all!

From my fellow Citizens, to my Leaders I have voted to represent me and my Government, to foreign entity’s and their Citizens, in fact every Human on this planet is at fault.

At fault for what?

At fault for letting things get out of hand, and I am at fault too, but at least I am working towards trying to fix those things that are wrong.

Not many are, in fact not many even realize there is a problem, let alone that the problem is very deep and how high up the ladder it really goes.

People only see what they want to see, that is the greatness and problem of individual perception.

Perception is though very easily swayed in Humans, especially now in an age when we at least in “1st World” nations have nearly everything at our finger tips. We are fed all sorts of garbage via our Television sets, our Radio waves, our Corporations, and our Leaders, all to keep us distracted from the true reality around us until at least we can't defend ourselves any more.

We are trained now from a very young age that we need things that are unnecessary, albeit fun. We are filled with dogma in our schools and in our advertisements and many other places; that sets in a belief that our Government is our Parent and will fix and do everything for us.

We are told who is wrong and what is right; our Celebrities and politicians do illegal and unconscionable things, some apologize but many never learn; and because they have power and money that somehow voids them from Justice and the laws of the land.

And then many go ahead and do it all over again.

Of the five Main Religions of the World three I am going to point out and give rant to; you first have the faith of the Judeans, then their offshoot the Christians, and later in History you have the Muslims. Their roots are very much the same, even having many of the same prophets and leaders. The reality of it all is that all three Religions have roots that go back to the 12 Tribes of Israel + Levi. The Jews, the many Arab nations and even many who encompass Christianity came from one of the 12 Tribes or Levi.

But each has their own version of GOD and each has it’s own sub-groups and each has it’s own path to enlightenment, and each teaches whether in their Holy books or outside of that they are the only true faith and destruction will befall all the others.

Many even push for and many times force others to follow their faith; Jews generally don’t want anyone but themselves in their Religion though you can with approval buy your way in: (This is against principles taught by their prophets and Jesus.)
Christians in General welcome people to accept their faith, but Catholic, Mormon, and some other groups have and still at times use force, coercion, and deception to convert, and in the past even death as a tool for such, (although this again is against the teachings of their prophets and Jesus.)

Muslims follow guidelines set down by the prophet Muhammad, similar to what Christians follow from Jesus and Jews follow from G-D. But many of the verses in the Quran seek vengeance similar to Jewish Old Testament, however the Christians are told to turn the other cheek.

Muslims though tend to be polar opposites of the rest of God’s “people” when it comes to compassion; they only see strength and power as goodness and compassion as weakness, so when you are taught to Love thy enemy, they are taught to respect thy enemy but only as far enough to get them before they get you. This is the problem America faces since we are a Nation still built mainly on compassion even in times of war; but specifically after the wars, where we rebuild and tend to shed pity on the conquered, (This isn't a bad thing, but when dealing with religions like Islam you are up a creek without a paddle unless you become aggressive, No matter what you will always be the infidel).

In any case, this fracturing of God’s word has been the bane of Humans on Earth for over 2000 years.

This and the hating and berating of any other religious form on this planet by Jews, Christians and Muslims alike; This is and has been a huge problem, it causes only strife and sadly no one seems to follow the simple principle Jesus Christ talked about; about being concerned for only your Soul and let others be that be, (Otherwise known as the ‘Dividing Christ Sermon’).
And even now it seems to be a crime to even try and understand your “enemy”, let alone sympathize, whether that sympathy is founded in right or wrong.

A crime in a society that was originally built and founded upon principles of free though and Free Faith, but it is because things have gotten away from us. Things are this way because there are those that deem it so and have been causing such things to occur over the past many years.

Sadly there are those Humans in this World who seek only power and riches, and they have been given power over us by wit and whim, deception and malaise.

And have done so for the whole written account of Human history, but most specifically for about 1100 years or so.

I call them only ‘Humans’, (even though they don’t seem to have that element to them either), because calling them People or Persons would give them Rights, it would allow me to acknowledge them as well.

I say this because even though I believe all Humans are born with a certain set of in-a-lienable rights, none of us has the Right to subjugate another, kill without defense, and or take from another that which is not ours.

And those that do, do not really even deserve the classification of Human Being; because even though they may Reason and be intelligent, (as the classification ‘Homo Sapiens Sapiens’ entails), they do things as such that cause the disparity and injury of others on a consistent and quite frankly very public manner and therefore find themselves in a league of their own, A league that is in-Humane in action and cause.

These ‘Humans’ many would want to destroy because of their behavior of which is destructive, and I almost would want to agree, because it is [Easy], it is the easy path to kill, to destroy, to erase from existence that which we do not accept, like or even understand.

I do not have the answers on how they might be dealt with, even though I agree something must and should be done with them.

And yes it does just sound like I am another Person rattling their saber but not willing to step on the field.

But how can one do to another what is morally wrong, what in many belief systems is supposed to be the sole decision of the Creator or like Deity.

Many cannot and that I gather is the problem which is presented to and by many of us who see only one real course of action, but are bound or grounded by our set ideals of Moral constitution.

It is because really the only ones willing to do that which is against the moral code are those who have no morals to begin with or are severely lacking of such.

It was stated by Burke and Einstein both in similar fashion that it is unconscionable to stand by and do nothing, yet Christ said to love thy enemy because love and kindness are more powerful than any bout of vileness and hatred.

But people do not seem to know how to love their enemies and protect themselves and their families at the same time.

Such is the dilemma of Mankind, or so I think.

What really is unconscionable is that we have been duped by our leaders, here at home and around the World.

They work day and night to take away Rights that they never had any rights to take away in the first place.

It is a very sick thing that wraps our World up in and it finds us in a bind.

Things have gotten out of hand and it is because We, and our ancestors turned a blind eye, it is because we were too happy to not see past our own noses and ignore the truths because of assumptions that things weren’t as bad as they were and that there is no evil conspiracy.

Americans specifically forgot that they themselves were given the task by their founding fathers to be the Guardians of Liberty, Freedom and Justice.

It was and is our duty! What happened? Where did it all go wrong?!

The blame game continues and nothing much seems to be done about the real issues, and I guess that is what the powers that be want.

Divide and conquer and in time all conflict, wars and struggles will be won.

It doesn’t take a genius to see how to control another Human being, how to steal, how to fight and or how to kill; but many, many intelligent people are yet still being led astray by some very dubious characters, with extremely ridiculous persona's; some of whom are quite lacking in intelligence.

This is very sad, since if everyone could just see those follies, then just maybe we would have a better chance at seeing the ones in the shadows leading the many leaders that so becomes our angst.

In the end I am still very angry, and I am still incensed by everything that is going on and the helplessness I feel at times.

I tell myself, I have to believe that the Pen is mightier than the sword, because if it isn’t than we Humans are really nothing more than just animals surviving on instinct and we are then no better than the beasts of the field.

So today is the 9 year anniversary of the World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks, as well as the plane hijackings; there are going to be a lot of events going on around the United States today for the remembrance of those that died.

It is officially a national holiday called 'Patriot Day'.

However, besides taking a moment of silence to remember all those who died on September 11th, 2001, if you are able in this rough economy see if you can give a little help to those organizations that help the victims families.
