“But I don’t want to go among mad people,” Alice remarked.
“Oh, you can’t help that,” said the Cat: “we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.”
“How do you know I’m mad?” said Alice.
“You must be,” said the Cat, “or you wouldn’t have come here.”
(Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Chapter 6)
What a Great way to start out the Morning on this January 21st of 2011!
Going Mad...
Well, for most at least, that's what half the fun is!
So @ 0605 Hours CST time, I come to find Jintao Hu, the Chinese President came into Chicago last night; and a lavish dinner was held in his honor, more than likely at Chicagoan's exspense, if not Illinoan.
He is here for some sort of Economic ties talks between Chicago and China, and also to congratulate Mayor Daley on being the most, "Senior Mayor in America", this coming 7 years after Mayor Daley's visit to China for similar reasons.
Well I could go into more but it'll just be easier for you to read it at the provided links to be shown below.
Just goes to show there is madness afoot today, and one shouldn't wonder if China is mad for sending their President to Chicago, or we're mad for accepting him; just that we are all Mad these days anyways.
