12 Angry Men & a Modern Perspective

I watched 12 Angry Men (1957) With Henry Fonda.

Once you get past the first 15 minutes (of which I found slow and shows how I have been molded by Modern Film), it starts to get interesting. A real edge of your seat, extremely emotional roller coaster ride.

But the film makes a really good point about Justice, Reasonable Doubt, and how peoples Prejudices get in the way of the presented facts.

How people can be suckered by evidence that's conflicting (but not see it), because sometimes these things get missed or its done on purpose.

Watching this film 56 years later, I recognize how far our Country has fallen from its roots. Where prejudice is thrown around (for whatever reason), and skews simple court cases into National circus charades.

Places like Illinois that now allow 'Hearsay' to convict people, instead of hard evidence.

Reasonable Doubt meant that if it existed even in the slightest in your mind, there is no way you could inflict a guilty charge, but today some Jury's seem just for show as the News Media Sways Public Opinion with 'Facts' (which can be skewed in any direction), instead of the Truth of the Matter. and Posse like judgements rise up from all over the Country.

'But the Guilty will get away with it if we don't!' some decry. But the innocent will suffer if we do.

No Man holds a monopoly on the Truth, and this is something we should all remember in such these perilous times we live.

Things that we might consider petitioning for

This is just a rough draft and by no means a final draft.

This is speculative in nature and should require at least 3/4 of the States support.

This should be considered 'thoughts on working toward a non-violent reformation of the United States of America' and not anything other than just that, thoughts.

This in no way sponsors or supports any violent acts against any persons elected or not.

This is to help people and present ideas to which may with further considerations be part of a multi-step process to help Americans put our Country back on track with its Constitutional Underpinnings, putting the control back into the hands of American Citizens.

Things that we might consider petitioning for:

1. Shorter term limits for all elected and non-elected officials, effective immediately.

2. A President can only hold one term in office and only up to two years, or One depending on the considerations of the American Public..

3. All persons applying to run for the Presidency of the U.S. must provide their Birth certificate and proof of Natural Born Status, no matter when, how or why they showed it prior to such an event. And it should be presented in the State they are choosing to originate their campaign from, and should be independently reviewed by State Police and or Sheriffs organizations which would have the right to VETO any State decision (and vice versa),  to accept a possible faulty certificate until a review has been done by a third independent (Non-Federal), party trained in CSI methods.

4. No secret laws allowed in laws passed by elected officials whatsoever for any reason. (We the American people elect you to do honest work to protect 'Our' (the citizenry's), interests and no others.)

5. Create an Independent National Constitutional Committee (Non-Federal) to review and void any laws in clear violation of the U.S. Constitution. (All people are eligible to be apart of this Committee providing they pass an exhaustive written test written by persons like 'Michael Badnarik' or others like him to help conserve the mission of the Committee. [The tests will be reviewed and graded by the writers themselves]).
The Committee should contain at least one Judge, Sheriff, Lawyer of Constitutional law, and Professor of Constitutional law and any other Public persons who pass the test. No Elected or Nominated Official other than a Judge and Sheriff will have the right to have a position on this committee, (all persons shall prove their Natural Citizenry beyond a shadow of a doubt.). The Committee will have defacto judgement, all enforcement provided by the supporting States. Enforcement upon the Federal Government of which are the servants of the people.

6. Working with the State Governments, a Special (No Federal, No Nominated Officials) Review Committee to grade all Federal Elected Officials and any of their nominations against the U.S. Constitution. All people are eligible to be apart of this Committee providing they pass an exhaustive written test written by persons like 'Michael Badnarik' or others like him to help conserve the mission of the Committee. [The tests will be reviewed and graded by the writers themselves] (all persons shall prove their Natural Citizenry beyond a shadow of a doubt.). If they the Officials fail a criteria of items based on a scale which all will be made Public as it occurs, the Failing grade Officials will be informed to vacate their positions within 24 hours of Notice and if not will be arrested, a pre-selected (by Public vote from a list of pro-temp candidates prior to and during the Investigation), Pro-Temp will be inserted, Until final grading and position hand over is done and an Immediate National election can be served. All enforcement provided by the supporting States. The Committee will have defacto judgement of enforcement upon the Federal Government of which are the servants of the people.

Humanity Should BE Dead by Now

According to Global Warming Climatologists, we should all be dead now, well at the very least the majority of the base population of the World about 4.5 Billion.

American Thinker, takes a look at why this is and who is dead set on our destruction.

Why is it that global warming "experts" claim to be concerned about humanity, but seem to find glee in contemplating its destruction?"

Is the World Warming up Globally? Yes and No, in some places it is and others it is in reverse, but overall it is cooling.

Is the Whole planetary collective Warming or Cooling, in an overall average all the planets including Earth are warming, due impart by the specific cycle the sun is in, (yes its output had declined but top end CME Solar Flares have increased which also affects the Van Allen Belt and Earths Atmosphere), and other factors such as the theory that the large Interstellar Energy Cloud passing through our solar system seems to be having such an effect as well.

Worse thing we really have to worry about on the Universal level [that we know of] are Speedbumps (ELE Extinction Level Event Asteroids), and Gamma Ray bursts from Neutron Stars.

Climate change although a 'natural occurring cycle' on Earth and other planets, is really the least of our worry's right now.

Expendable: The case of Schapelle Corby

Something we should all be aware of, even if it supposedly doesn't affect us.

Asian Girls

The Huff Post states:

""Asian Girlz" is either the most racist thing ever or just the most racist thing you'll see all day."

 I disagree, This is not Racist or Racism, Racism is about Hate against a Race, this may be obscene, it may be full of Stereotypes that can be used in funny, delirious or even yes racist ways, but it is not racist.

This is just an obscene gesture towards a love of Asian girls, by untoward usage of stereotypical concepts of Race. If this were truly racist, then it would be defacing, bigoted, intolerant, and well hateful.

I'm not saying it is necessarily right for this song to be released, but it doesn't violate Free Speech, and it isn't Hate Fueled. Just dirty and full of stereotypes meant to create shock value and supposed to create a funny outlook that some Men have toward women and in this Case Asian and Caucasian Men have toward Asian Women.

Rap and Hip-Hop and Death Metal and Rock Music and Videos have degraded Women & Cultures over the past 3-4 decades, but this is what some people decided is worth criticizing?

If you don't like it, don't listen to it, or de-friend those who would. At least for now it is tolerable to say and do what ever one wants because otherwise it'd be an imposition to ones Right to Say and think whatever they want. (1st Amendment U.S. Bill of Rights)

Racist? No!

Right? Maybe Not! But here nonetheless, and if one band wants the World to know that they love Asian Women Stereotype and all, then who am I to argue with them.

I am not saying it is right but many stereotypes are rooted in truth, and come about because of specific things that set cultures or things apart. This is meant to be funny and show a desire for Asian girls, but is Rated 'not for everyone'.

I'm not a fan of Apple in recent decades, however forcing a company to not be competitive is anathema to free market competition, and very dangerous to supposedly free societies in the long run.

Lloyd’s study, titled “Solar Storm Risk to the North American Electric Grid,” centered on the highly populated region from New York City to Washington, D.C., but added that other high-risk regions are in the Midwest and in regions along the Gulf Coast.
The fact a major insurance company is looking at the economic consequences of an EMP from a direct solar storm suggests there is increasing concern in the insurance industry that companies may be facing the danger of severe economic losses.
As a major trend setter in the insurance world, Lloyd’s unusual warning about the effects from an EMP could have an impact on insurance company coverage.
“A severe space weather event that causes major disruption to the electric network in the U.S. could have major implications for the insurance industry,” the Lloyd’s study said. “If businesses, public services and households are without power for sustained periods of time, insurers may be exposed to business interruption and other claims.”

Sources suggest insurance companies could begin requiring companies they insure make sufficient efforts to harden their electronics to protect their companies, especially since companies now can collect insurance for work stoppage due to electrical outages.
