"Okay can only source this so far to some Italian news website...no further info about this yet..." Dee Smith of Thy Always Seek [Facebook Group]
I agree there are limited sources as of right now, but for something like this we should take care to consider it could be correct. Noting that N.A.S.A. has in the past failed to (multiple times), mention Near Earth Asteroids and other possible dangers to Earth.
As of the past day (U.S. Sept. 29, 2013), the Italian Weather and science site [Centro Meteo Italiano], states that the asteroid is only about 11,000 KM away (not very far considering it's speed and it's pointed at us), the article states that
"The observation system of dangerous objects around our planet, called
‘Master’, has just detected an asteroid whose diameter is between 15 and
20 meters. It is an object potentially hazardous to our planet as it is
only 11,000 kilometers away. This was revealed a few hours ago by Lipunov
Vladimir, the Lomonosov. According to this, the space rock “is moving in
the direction of the Earth ‘. They are not, however, providing any additional
details, except that its size is similar to the one that fell in the
Urals in the month of February."
You can read some of this in English via [Redflagnews], otherwise you will just have to translate the website, which can be done via: http://translate.google.com/http://translate.google.com/(Remember though that Google Translate is only as good as its programmers and context and conjugation are often lost).

Update: 10.30.2013
Apparently this Asteroid was detected Friday night [Sept. 27th], and 9 hours after it's discovery flew by the Earth missing it by nearly 6,000 miles. {This Information was not available in the previous articles I perused, which made it read as if we were still in danger}, This article which actually is written earlier than the ones I found gives what seems to be now accurate Information. [http://www.centrometeoitaliano.it/asteroide-verso-la-terra-ecco-chi-riporta-la-notizia-1871/], There is an English part of the Article, though the Italian is unrelated in Translation but deals with Science Sources for the unnamed Asteroid and about how close it was to our own Satellites.
However [Redflagnews] on Sat. Sept. 28th detailed it would arrive in 12 hours, and making it a threat for late Saturday Evening or Sometime Sunday when I found out about the news.
So I am unsure which time table is accurate until further research avails itself to me. Only one can be accurate. As far as we know as of Monday nothing hit the Earth (Atmospherically, or Otherwise), so we should be safe from this occurrence.
