The California Man arrested for Legally Video Taping Police Officers had his Dog Shot to death on or about July 4th, 2013:
Most Police officers have Taser Guns now and although I agree with the Argentinian Courts Ruling that they are Torture devices, One Should not be using a Gun to incapacite a persons pet. Yes one has a right to defend ones self against an Animal or Person that might be a threat, but one does not have the right to Kill with our warrant, at least in my belief.
A Taser gun in this situation may have be justified, but Guns were definitely not!
